Starry Moon Boba Tea Coors

i stop by a few times a week, and always order the same thing and it almost never disappoints. the shop is really cute with a lot of seating and plushies as well. the only thing negative i have to say about it, is sometimes a few of the employees seem to act like they have better places to be, or that we are bothering them by being there. a lot of the staff are really sweet and accommodating to my boyfriend who likes to try something new every time. one other thing is sometimes like an hour or so before close, they won't allow boba or extra boba if they are out, or running out which i understand, but is still not favorable.

Boba fiends. That's my sister and I. We seem to always find ourselves stopping for boba if we spot a new spot that we haven't been too. We were on the westside shopping when a craving hit. We saw Starry Moon and made a pit stop. Our drinks kind of took a minute to get, but we did order 5 drinks. They all came out looking fantastic. The photo shoot is attached to this review. LOLI am a sucker for anything coffee, and the one I got was good, just a little heavier on the sweet side than I prefer. The cravings were appeased.

Will not return. Unfriendly employee, difficult to get her attention to be serviced. Unwilling to answer questions, gave shortest possible explanations, highly uninterested. This led to a miscommunication over what we ordered. My husband was very disappointed with his drink, which he had been expecting to be milk tea, ended up being a regular tea. Issues: Upcharging. I didn't want boba, I wanted pudding instead, but I was still charged extra for pudding. Also, my husband was charged extra for boba he requested in place of cheese. These shouldn't be upcharges. Cleanliness: When we went to find somewhere to sit, every table was filthy, clearly hadn't been wiped down all day. I had to sit on a chair that was covered with footprints. How did that happen? I felt icky just being there. While waiting, I heard a different customer asking about sweetness levels. They hadn't been mentioned to us while ordering and I wish they had been as my drink ended up not being sweet at all. I waited till I got home to add my own sugar so I could even drink it. I honestly just wanted to leave such an unwelcoming environment. Prices too high. Customer service bad. Cleanliness awful. Do not intend to try other locations.

I'm not sure what was wrong with the milk tea but it was super bitter and made the Oreo taste really bad, in an attempt to fix things I asked if I could have it remade with taro instead, they said no (I guess they didn't want to leave the customer satisfied) so I ended up buying the taro. I'm not going to dwell too much on the negative, their avocado shake was really good, I just think this Coors location needs to work on their customer service if it wants to compete with the rest of the food industry normal standards which includes satisfying its customers when they tell you something doesn't taste right. I also want to mention that the location in uptown is nothing like this, customer service is friendly and the owner usually work there and she's a nice lady that always goes above and beyond. I actually hope she reads this and tries to fix the issues going on at this location, I think it will only help them keep more customers coming back.

Stary Moon Boba Tea is a good place to stop in for a drink. One thing I wish is that you could select a size because I wouldn't normally get a drink quite this large. The cups are high quality and reusable for yourself (it would be great if they did an in-house reusable cup program). Service was great, quick, and our questions answered. It was quiet when we came in as the only patrons, but I enjoyed it. A good place to read or hang out with friends and play a game. They did have games on one wall.

Uji Matcha was good on the sweeter side for me. I tend to like it more concentrated, but it still hit the spot in fulfilling my craving!

This place is great, the vibe is awesome here, would recommend if you're on this side of town!

The boba was absolutely delicious!!!!!! The lady who worked at the counter was a total sweetheart as well, recommending the top favorites and all! Plenty of drink for a good price and such a pretty vibe inside the small building!! For like 3 bucks more you can get a cute prize hidden under your cup!! Sooooo worth it!!! Go here!!!!!
