Starr Brothers Brewing

I haven't been here since it first opened! The variety of this place is great! Brewery vibes, with full bar and an extensive food menu! The Lobo game was on, so it was great to watch the victory with other Lobo fans! The service was great, our server was attentive, even though we were in a larger group of 6! Our drinks were full and our bellies were happy!

We hadn't been here for several years. We were so glad we came back. Good beer, wine, food and atmosphere! We also had great service. It's a good place to watch a game as there are large TVs that are visible by most of the tables. I can recommend checking it out.

Happened upon this place and I am glad that I stopped. They had a Porter on tap. It wasn't very busy so I was able to grab a spot at the bar. Good amount of room inside and covered seating outside. I had the Pork Belly Mac n Cheese with the green chile. It came with a small salad. The salad was fresh and the Mac n cheese was tasty and spicy.Good beer, good food, good vibes.

The service was great from the start! Thanks! This place is nice and big with open feeling! They have TVs without the sports bar feel. Another thanks! The beers were all good. Nothing blew us away, but nothing was unliked either, so that's good.

We were in the heights doing errands yesterday and decided to stop by to grab some lunch. We arrived a little after 12 and sat at the bar. We had great service and really enjoyed both our beer and food. Hubby got his usual Starstruck IPA. I opted, after sampling, to enjoy the Italian Pilsner, Starrphire. I really like the Italian Pils at both Steelbender and Ponderosa, but this one was even better. Good balance with a hint of floral notes. We decided to splurge a little and got the Poutine Burqueno and added added the carne adovada. The fries were hot and topped with red Chile, Carne ardovada, green Chile, jack cheese, and garnished with green onion. The poutine was delicious and the serving was huge. We were too full for dessert but the seasonal special was chocolate lava cake with ice cream which did sound really good. The televisions here are tuned to sports and there are several around the bar and seating area so if you want to watch something, there is a TV visible.

Get rid of co-owner wife. Believe name is Heather Rudest most ignorant business owner I have dealt with.Sent back food as had had hair(s) in it and had lost appetite. She stated could bring back new plate but couldn't write off the meal?Despite the 3 others at table who ordered couple meals and beer.Seems like unreasonable policy and another person in our party had heard other bad customer service issues with her.Kind of reminded me of a red headed Lauren Boebert but not quite as bright.Will not be back.

They close at 10, showed up at 9:05 for a beer and was told "No, last call, kitchens closed, bye". Even though 2 people with full beers were sitting there. Would not recommend.

Beer and service was good food was ok. This place is also great to watch sports on TV. We enjoyed our appetizers more than the main course. For appetizers, we had goat cheese nuggets & piggy pops. Both were good and would get again, but we also want to try other items. My bf had the buffalo wings, and I had the tortilla burger. He enjoyed the wings and said they could have put more sauce on them, but they were cooked well. The tortilla burger looked better than it tasted. It was very dry, and the ketchup that comes with the fries tastes like bbq sauce. I asked for regular ketchup, but they said they didn't have any.

Great food. Prepared with fresh ingredients. Very fresh! Loved the Starr Struck IPA and the Starrgarita. Excellent service and fun ambience.

Ambiance was great! Not very full not loud to where you can't speak it was nice. Service was also great! Food was ok. I ordered the grilled beets and goat cheese salad. The beets are not grilled they are canned. The rest of he salad was ok. The truffle fries, the pork belly was sure just reheated not fresh either. I do think if ingredients were fresh they would be great dishes. But overall I would come back for drinks.
