Starlight Bowling

I love coming here for some family fun time. We've been enjoying this bowling spot for years. The bowling is affordable and the lanes are very well maintained. The scoring machines are really hassle-free as well. My youngest really enjoys the selfie feature on the scoreboard. He gets a kick out of having his face front and center for all to see. There are plenty of bowling balls with all sizes of finger holes and weights. I usually find the "perfect" ball for me very quickly. I love that bumpers are so easy to request and only apply to the bowlers that need them. The food and drinks are cheap, but you get what you pay for. We usually just opt for a cold one and some nachos. I also came here to volunteer for the SONM championships and the event ran very smoothly.

First time here. We paid for a birthday package which included pizza, drinks, and 2 hrs of bowling. Check in was fine, got our shoes and lanes at our check in time. We kept asking for the status of our food. They called to the snack bar, no answer said she would let me know when they call back. Twenty min or so go by and we check again and they tell us to go directly to the snack bar and we're met with sarcastic remarks. One of our other guests placed a separate order which was incorrect and the worker wanted to argue. We didn't get our food until the last 20 min of play time and had to rush to eat our food, clean up and get out of the lanes. The setup and ease of the games was fine but service could definitely improve for the price we paid! I really wanted to like this place but we won't be returning.

We took the grandkids bowling. No one wanted bumper bowling, and they kept finding the gutter. I could not win. Maybe next time they will figure out that Nana knows best.

I don't have the opportunity to bowl in this center unless it's for tournaments. This weekend is no exception. This weekend our local association is hosting our Senior Tournament. The Ashley and the entire staff have exceeded my expectations. The have accommodated us in every way possible. The lanes are well maintained and every part the center is clean and well maintained. We had no lane complications or monitor issues. It's all up to date and state f the art. Our only complaint is the snack bar was unavailable due to current restrictions due to COVID. Not to worry you can get wonderful food downstairs in the food park. You'll have to check that one on another review. I can't forget the casino or hotel. Again this is only about bowling. Awesome scores all day long

For a number of years the bowling league I participate in has a tournament here in September. The ally has always done a great job to host the people who come in from out of town. The staff is always friendly and they are open to suggestions to make things better for our experience.

Pros: Great bowling tech and extremely nice lanes, seating and fun lighting. Also, the staff is friendly and accommodating. (I bowled the best game in my life here; that doesn't hurt either!)Cons: While the bowling center itself is smoke-free, the secondhand smoke from the casino downstairs is almost overwhelming.

Fun! Starlight is a great place for everyone, pro bowler to family with kids. The pro shop is closed on Thursdays. The lanes and scoring system are nice and easy to use. The bar and snack shop are slow and food is decent. Get and use your Santa Ana Star Club card at the kiosks in the casino to get extra discounts on Wednesday and Thursday. We ended up paying $2 a game on Thursday up until 4pm. Lanes are oily so bring a ball that grips.

We went there to have fun for a birthday and we needed the bumbers up for my daughter and her cousin but according to them they were to old ( 10 and 9 ) so I basically had to get mad and make sure they did unwillingly and to top it off they told me make sure they don't bust the bumbers like really they're little girls

Bar far the best bowling center in New Mexico. Big place, immaculately clean, staff was nice. Like the online ordering of lanes. Made check in very easy.

My boyfriend and I had SO MUCH FUN here!!! Zad got us set up with our lane and was soooo helpful with any and everything we requested. Ashley on the other hand was rude when i call to inquire about the bowling availability and didn't seem interested in assisting us while we were bowling. Not sure if she's just new and nervous? Maybe she needs additional training? Either way I wanted to recognize Zad for his above and beyond customer service, he made this experience so delightful and is very appreciated for all he does!! PLEASE LET HIM KNOW
