The many reviews on here about poor management are TRUESo..... the pros...... the guests who stay here short term and long term are wonderful people! So friendly and warm and welcoming! At least those couple dozen guests and families that I met.The spaces are nicely kept by the gentleman that drives around cleaning the grounds, taking care of the yards and landscaping... ect. Some of the spots have shade which is precious here in New Mexico.Management is appalling. I heard horror stories from other guests about rude, unfair and illegal requests and attitudes. The manager who booked our month stay over the phone was polite and eager and extremely helpful getting our spot reserved and credit card on file. However after our experience at the park he was the most disgruntled and rude of them all.Hot tub had SO MUCH chlorine even with the doors open on a breezy evening you'd poison yourself beyond repair. No babies or bikinis allowed in the pool area lol.Gorgeous view though!! Like wow! If you don't care about customer service and won't be using any of the facilities, this place is alright.Get old management kicked out and bring new guys in and this place could crush it!

Stayed for 2 months while working a job in Rio Rancho. This is a clean, well maintained, park in a fairly private area. Only one street to access so there's not any pass thru traffic. Friendly and helpful park staff. Clean laundry room with vending. Clean pool and hot tub. Great view of the Sandia's from the far side of the park. 25 min to Albuquerque and 45 min to Santa Fe Close to a Walmart, grocery store, and many restaurants. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Manager is friendly. Campground is very clean and well-kept. The showers and laundry room are very clean. Neighbors are friendly. We look a look at 4 campsites within a 20 mile radius and this has been the best one! They even have monthly rates that dont try to kick you or raise your rent by April. As travel nurses, we appreciate that! Great view of the mountain. Literally a minute drive to Walmart and restaurants.

My husband and I camp host and manage RV parks in different states, so we have a certain expectation when staying at ant campground. This place was one of the worst places we have stayed. The representative that waited on me when I arrived ahead of my husband was as pleasant as a sheet of paper. No welcome, just a "what can I do" and even that did not seem to want to leave this man's mouth. He drew the route to the RV space, but gave no details of the park. I had to prompt him to tell me where things were located. This should never happen. It should be part of check-in.The spaces are tight and the park seems to have a lot of full-timers. No one picks up after their dogs and garbage was blowing everywhere. The wind was high, but the dumpster lids were not secured. If you are expecting a clean, well managed park don't bother with this one. Thank goodness we only stayed two nights. Next time it will be a different park for sure!

I found Stagecoach Stop by doing a search of RV Parks in the Albuquerque area. We stayed here for 3 days in September 2018. We were lucky enough to get the last site. Luis welcomed us when we checked in and gave us maps and the introduction to all the park has to offer. The park is in a business park The drive is paved and the sites were gravel and fairly level. The rows are clearly marked with site numbers to make it very easy to find your site. I wish all parks did this. We found our site and set up. The park is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There is a super Walmart and McDonald's within 1/4 mile. The Santa Ana Casino has a shuttle that will pick you up from your site to go to the casino. They were busy and would have a long wait so we didn't take it. We were tired so went to the Friday prime rib and crab buffet. The park has a large room for guests with items for sale, microwave, coffee, books, videos and a movie room. There is a pool and spa outside. The pool is supposed to be heated but it was cold and the spa was closed. I used the laundry room which has 5 (1 not working) washers and dryers. Both were $1.75 per load. They did a good job. The shower room had hair and some mess on the floor. The showers were pretty good with places for shampoo & soap and a place to hang your clothes & towel. Service was great. We had a problem getting the cable and Luis and another worker came out and helped us get it working. Their cable is analog which we didn't never checked since most places we've been are HD. The cable worked well after that. Views are amazing. You see the beautiful Sandia mountains and, also, the lights from Albuquerque at night. The one negative is that the roads are narrow so even though we paid for a pull-through site, we had to back up to get out. We had no problems but those in the center would be tight. I would definitely return to The Stagecoach Stop RV Park. It was more quiet at night than I imagined and no invasive lights to shine in your windows. We left very rested and happy.

Great little RV park. The office is helpful and friendly, the park is clean and well kept up. There seemed to be a number of permanent residents, but they clearly monitor them because their sites were clean and nice. Great location, would stay here again.

This is a great little park in Rio Rancho! Stunning view of the Sandia Mountains from every site, and located within walking distance to Walmart, McDonalds, a dentist and a bank. Spots are pretty spacious compared to the other park in town (or any of the parks we stayed at in CA, to be honest). I do agree with some other reviews I've read - don't bring anything longer than 40 feet in here or you're going to have problems. You can get mail and packages delivered here, so that rocks. The Wi-Fi does go in & out during super windy days, but is actually the most reliable park WI-Fi I've experienced to date (just don't expect to stream anything...which really, don't expect to stream off ANY RV park WI-FI, it's NEVER fast enough. Buy yourself a hotspot for that!) Also, there are two fenced dog areas here, and they are NICE! Our dog LOVES going to the parks to play with her new friends!Yes, the manager Mike is not super friendly - he's also one of only two people on staff (the other being the maintenance man) and pretty much working ALL THE TIME, so cut him some slack! He WILL take care of you if you understand this and are polite, trust me!We called at the last minute at the beginning of February (because my husband insisted "you can get in anywhere at the last minute", which is no longer true), and Mike got us a spot for 3 weeks. We had to head to LA for a cruise after this, and Mike got us a spot at the RV storage next door (also owned by Stagecoach) for almost 2 weeks, and DIDN'T CHARGE US! Even though we offered to pay for a full month (which is only $100 at this time), he said nope and gave it to us for free! This was SO HELPFUL and above and beyond what I would expect! We stayed for 11 nights at the KOA nearby when we got back, and it SUCKED SO BAD! So I called Mike up again and lucked out - someone long-term had left on short notice, and he had another two weeks for us. We're in NM for my husbands job, and when I explained during check-in that we were going to be looking for an extended stay somewhere in ABQ after the two weeks were over, he said "Let me see what I can do". An hour later I got a call stating he was able to let us keep the spot we're in until the job is over. In this day and age, when RV spots are hard to come by, I consider this to be AMAZING! We're going to be leaving next week, and I have to say, I'm going to miss all the nice people here (and that VIEW, it's still SO NICE!).I did knock a star off for the amenity situation. Apparently they turned the cable off two weeks before we arrived. Given that this is one of the pricier RV Parks in the ABQ/Rio Rancho area, you would expect to have at least a basic cable package, and their website still lists it as an amenity. Also, the pool is not open yet, and the hot tub seems to be permanently closed. Some of the other amenities (fitness room, mini movie theater) don't seem to have reopened since COVID restrictions were removed, and given the short staff issue, I'm not sure they will be back. However, the showers and laundry room are operational, very nice, and cleaned daily.Overall, I'd recomend this park to anyone coming to ABQ or Rio Rancho. And I can definitely say that we'll stay here again the next time we end up in the area.

Beautiful park. Enjoyed our two night stay with our new 35ft travel trailer. Just a little disappointed management charged us for a premium 65ft spot without the AAA discount they ensured us was applied. Ended up getting overcharged $20
