Stackers Burger

Yum yum, hot and fresh and smashed with a double stack of patties. Went for the Oklahoma version with the crispy onions. In the 505 you've got plenty of choices but some places are hard to get the attention of the staff and so went to Stackers cuz they were paying attention.Overall the downtown area is depressing but you can get a good burger at stackers.

I don't make it to the 505 Food Hall often, but I did make a stop recently with some of the girls from work. We were chasing down a food truck that we wanted to try... who closed down an hour before their posted hours of operation. A disappointment, to say the least. Since we were in the area, we stopped at the food hall since we had options. We ordered from several spots and brought the fare back to the office. I opted for Stackers! I had been to the food truck several times, and honestly, I love their smash burgers! Since I had the opportunity to have them again, I went for it. The staff were friendly and helped me with my order. I went with the West Coast Smash burger with the pickles on the side. They made my burger to order so there was a little wait, but that was no problem. Sydney even walked my order over to me when it was done. Complete with napkins, a few packets of ketchup, mustard and mayo too. So why the 3 star rating? My burger was not, a smash burger. The two patties were THICK, and little too pink in the middle. I was soooooo disappointed. I couldn't manage to eat more than three bites before I was thoroughly grossed out. It was just, not the burger I wanted. Stackers is literally known for their "smash burgers". And they are usually, AMAZING. Not this time though. The fries, though, delish! Kinda like those battered fries so they have that extra crunch.Maybe go back to the training board with that A.M. cook? I don't know what happened. I was not happy. Especially because I know the business and I know what to expect from them. I'll have to visit the food truck my next chance for redemption.

Delicious burgers and fries. The green chile has a bite to it. Definitely opt to smothers the fries or tots in the chile.

What can I say. It was love at first bite. It's a burger that's unlike any other. A savory flavor that'll leave you craving for more. My journey started at the food park when I was introduced to the Green Chili burger. Their green chili is no joke. Proceed with caution because although it doesn't appear to be dangerous, let me tell ya the chili packs a punch! It's a fiery flavor that is oh so good! Of course you know I went to the ever so good Patty Melt. This time around I decided to get some of those mouthwatering queso fries. Not gonna lie it was so good I had to fight my intrusive thoughts on dipping the burger in it! I regret not letting my intrusive thoughts win cuz I bet it would've been phenomenal. Next time! lol I'll definitely be back for more!

Really solid burgers and loaded tots in a hit food hall.I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish at the quality of the food. Do not expect these to be quick as you will wait about 20 to 25 minutes for a burger.

I was staying nearby and walked here for dinner. The location was inside a food hall that had a variety of food options. I had the West Coast burger: Halal Smash Burger Patty, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sauteed Onions Smashed into the Meat, Stackers Sauce, Pickles, Butter Toasted Local Brioche Bun. Also had a side of tots. The burger and tots were really good. Loved all the flavors of the burger and toppings. The tots were nicely crisp on the outside and soft inside. They did run out of napkins at the stall and I had to go search for them in the food hall. Also, it took a good 15 minutes to get my food. Not that big of a deal but I waited longer than I expected.Overall a nice burger spot. Want to go back to check out some of the other food hall options.

Stackers Burger Co. is a counter-serve smash/grease burger place located in the 505 Central Food Hall in downtown Albuquerque. If you're looking for a smash burger in a relaxed food hall this option is a great choice! The fries are lightly spiced and the burgers are delicious. I had the Classic Mustard Grilled Cheeseburger, which included two halal smash burger patties, American cheese, grilled mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions on a butter-toasted local brioche bun. I added bacon, which was a great addition. There are 11 different add-on options: avocado, bacon, a fried egg, green chile, crispy haystack onions, sliced American cheese, sliced pepper jack cheese, shredded mozzarella, queso blanco, fried chicken, or an added beef patty. The owners of Stackers also own Kukri Chicken, another option in 505 Central. Kukri is also halal. Overall, a great choice! We'll be back!

Another venue at 505 Food Hall, worthy of your taste buds if you're in the mood for a New Mexico style burger.Plenty of burgers to try, but the Duke was the most popular burger they had to offer. And it and it's plethora of green chiles did not disappoint.My friend said her chicken sandwich was good, but it was a mess.If you're into green chiles you can't go wrong with the Duke.Again the 505 Food Hall served as a great place for plenty of room and choice of foods. and Stack Burger was a fantastic choice.So much so that the Stack Burger had the longest line of the night, practically out the door.With the right company, the 505 Food Hall, provides an awesome place to enjoy the Stack Burger's amazing Duke.

Was walking around Downtown Albuquerque looking for a good food spot and stumbled across 505 Central Food Hall. Came inside and looked around and was instantly greeted by a friendly smile at Stackers Burgers Co. Everything about this place is top notch. From the cleanliness of the counters and kitchen to the first bite of my Duke City Smash Burger, I became an instant fan. The quality of the burger is 100% and you can tell it wasn't rushed but rather created with care and perfection. Looking forward to stopping by again on my future Albuquerque layover.

Stopped here on my way to the airport out of town. Great location with lots of options for a group. The staff were friendly. Food was made fast and absolutely delicious! Great burger spot in the area!
