St Johns Thrift Shop

The St. John's thrift store is small,But their prices are very fair!The volunteers are also very friendly and knowledgeable to their products!

This thrift store located on Central near 8th across from Robinson's park open only on Thursday, Friday, Saturday... it is run by volunteers only mostly elderly ladies. There's always certain color coded tag sale of the day.The donations keep coming in usually from within the area and surrounding neighborhoods. You can always find a designer dress or men's jacket for around $10 or under. This thrift store is very small once you enter the place you will see trinkets, knickknacks, household items, art pieces. To the right of the store, a separate room you'll find clothing, shoes, handbags for women, men, and children. Then upstair there will be some furniture and larger household items like sheets and blankets, pots and pans and more dishes sets. Back downstairs to the left side of the store there's a small kids area of toys and good selection of books. Items are donated constantly and they do move the items fast out of the store because of good pricing and decent sale. This is a good little Thrift to stop by on occasion to see what is in store. It is always fun to rummage and look through here!

Cecilia's review is right on -- except the store is just west of 14th downtown, on south side of Central, in a short strip of shops. I like the store because, while it is small, it offers all kinds of nice things.

Lovely little thrift shop! My husband and I stopped in recently for our first visit. The store was well organized, the prices very reasonable and the staff kind and friendly. We will be back!
