Covid update!Remember the days when we had the luxury of picking and choosing where we bought groceries? I'd buy meats from the butcher, produce from the co-op, maybe swing by a cafe for some single-source coffee beans, get some bulk goods from Costco, and grab a baguette from the bakery. Oh, that was SO October. Fast forward just one month, we're back to sheltering in place. We need a one-stop shop that delivers the goods to the doorstep, and that means we're going with Sprouts. No disrespect to our local shops -- don't hate the player, hate the pandemic. Sprouts uses Instacart, allowing us to pick what we want, and when we want it delivered, and now that we've ordered a few times, we're satisfied with the process. Yes, it's sometimes a mess. For instance, on Tuesday they reported they were out of the turkey breast and buttermilk we ordered -- that put a big damper on Thanksgiving. And then there was the time we ordered six bananas and received six bunches; win some, lose some. And yes, prices are inflated to pay the employees who pack and deliver the goods, and yes, we throw in a delivery tip, and yes, it's a pricier ordeal than it usually is, BUT we're doing our part to keep emergency rooms manageable and essential workers safe and that, my friends, is especially valuable right now.

We love our neighborhood Sprouts. Frankly we shop different stores for different products. But we always get cookies, nuts and seeds in bulk, deli meats and cheeses, canned goods, chips, berries and certain vegetables here. Staff is friendly enough. Happy to have them in the hood.

We ordered here for a delivery order for Easter 2024 and this Sprouts location really came through nicely for us. We live in Tucson, AZ and ordered our ABQ family a surprise breakfast that they loved! Thank you all who helped us today!

Downhill FAST. I can't believe I'm getting up at 7 o'clock on Saturday morning to return fruit. That is so bad I can't stand paying for it at this location anymore. What a crappy store

This location has deteriorated significantly over the past 2 years. They rarely have enough cashiers and baggers on hand any more. The sore used to be absolutely spotless but this is not always the case either. They now have the bell peppers in a location that is not open and in order to be able to determine whether you are getting a pepper with 3 or 4 lobes you may have to physically handle several peppers and this is places you at risk of buying a piece that has been handled by multiple people before you. The cashier was already stressed out from the work load at 10 AM

I love that Sprouts has come into the neighborhood. It is a walk away from where we live and they have the best produce around! I usually go in at least three times a week to pick up lunch. Today was a little different since it was a holiday. I was returning from my run and decided to pick up some lunch for later. The very berry muffin is my favorite breakfast eat. For lunch, I try and mix it up. A few days past I had picked up a sandwich and ordered it from the menu pad. I got home to find out there was not a single condiment on my made to order sandwich. I played it safe today and ordered a pre-made sandwich from the counter. First the man helping me was complaining about a fellow employee and at the same time he was returning a pre-made sandwich into the deli station where all pre-made food is held. Without gloves! He then got the sandwich I asked for. Still no gloves! I requested the sandwich to be toasted but when I got home, I realized the cheese was not melted and the bread was not toasted at all. It is great to have a grocery store with such quality products! I simply feel the staff needs a little training on serving and customer service.

We recently moved back to Albuquerque from Los Lunas. On our way home we discovered this location on the West side on Coors Blvd. I decided to go in and get a few things. As always sprouts has a great selection on vegetables and fruits this store looks very nice and clean And employees were helpful. We are excited that this is close to home so we can stock up on our fresh fruit fruits and vegetables.

I've had issues with the water machine before and it continues to be a problem. My card was charged but I never got water. Told one of the employees who them communicated my situation to the manager. Can back and told me there was nothing they could do about it.

I once shopped exclusively at Sprouts back in Texas. When I moved to ABQ, I continued to support Sprouts. Not anymore. Ever since they started charging for plastic bags, I haven't shopped there again. They claim the bags are 'reusable'. But as soon as you put contaminated items such as raw meat, raw chicken, raw vegetables, dirty containers and packaging (items on the shelves that other folks have handle and touched with unclean hands), the bags are no longer clean and cannot be 'reused'. Only an unclean person would reuse a bag that has been contaminated in such a manner. Thanks to Sprouts, this practice actually helps to spread illnesses. Not I, never again.

Today i purchased a chicken honey salad and to my dismay, I sank my teeth into a bone left there. I cold have cracked a tooth. I also purchased a bag of pretzels and opened the bag at home and they smell and taste stale. It has an expiration date of August 19, 2023. The brand name is Snack Factory Pretzel Crisp. With prices going up everytime I walk into the store, I cannot afford to shop there anymore
