Spring Rollin'

Friday. September 13, 2024. Lunch.Felt like Vietnamese food. Drove up to the drive through window. You order and pay at the same window. Then you park in the pick-up parking space and wait. The young lady taking my order practiced patience telling me all my options. You can really customize your food at this restaurant.I order the minor (32 ounce) Pho for $13.75. I picked the udon noodles and the smoked brisket (cashier's suggestion) with the spicy lemongrass (beef) broth. The 32-ounce broth came in its own cup, and they gave me another huge cup filled with the smoked brisket, noodles, green onions, bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, jalapenos and 2 lime wedges. This alone was a lot of food and the hot broth cooked the brisket quickly. A very satisfying meal but I wasn't done. I also ordered a fried pork sausage spring roll for $7.69. The spring rolls (there were two, not one) came with fried pork sausage (very large and chunky), rice noodles, daikon, carrots, cucumbers and lettuce. They gave me a spicy green chile dipping sauce on the side. This perfectly complemented the delicate roll. Just the spring rolls alone would have filled me up. A very healthy, nutritious meal for just over $20! It didn't take long for them to deliver it to me after ordering. I might have waited 10 minutes. Service fast and courteous. When I go back, I'll probably just order a spring roll. Maybe I'll try the shrimp spring roll next time.

Food was amazing and service was quick and efficient! Will definitely be adding to our rotation of Friday night take-out!

I'm a big fan of Spring Rollin' and specifically they're their pan fried noodles. I also love the spring rolls as well but the noodles are really my favorite.This most recent visit I tried the grass jelly and it was really enjoyable. Every time I've come it's been outside of busy hours and the service has been fast and friendly.

This was a great find for us! If you like Vietnamese food this is a must try! We got a triple combo so you get to try a little bit of everything which is nice for when it's your first time or if you have a big appetite. Once we received our food everything looked delicious and even better it tasted amazing and was so filling! For the triple combo you can pick two different meats or the same for the spring roll, for the egg rolls you can also pick two different or the same, and a mini for the pho. I highly recommend the beef pho with the spicy lemongrass broth and udon noodles.

I was in town for work and stumbled upon this spot. They have a drive through, which is nice and it didn't take too long for my order. I ordered the triple combo which came with 2 spring rolls, 2 egg rolls, and a small pho portion. It hit just the right spot. It was more than enough food for one person. The spicy lemongrass broth was so comforting and soothing, I could just drink that on its own. The spring rolls and egg rolls were delightful as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for some fast, fresh, Vietnamese food.

Delicious food and very friendly service. All the spring rolls, egg rolls, and Pho are customisable and they have great combo specials. Tried the all vegetarian options this visit and they were amazing. Well developed flavours and everything freshly made. Highly recommend this place.

Truly delicious food, and the service is always extremely kind. The ambience as well as the music is also very welcoming and fitting for the light yet deeply flavored food that you received. I love coming here.

This is my second visit. The lemongrass broth is really tasty and makes the pho tally flavorful. I also ordered a shrimp spring roll which was also tasty. Great little business that's putting out some tasty Food.

The food is amazing and service too. I ordered two majors, with extra toppings and meats. I like to have egg noodles with my pho. The broth is really good. One of the top best in town. I've been here twice. I plan to return again. I like that they have specials if you're on a budget. Everyone is friendly and took my order accurately. The Ambiance is causal but could be relaxing.

We had the triple combo and Bahn Mi. $19.This small place was a pleasant surprise. There are many good and some great Vietnamese restaurants in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. And this place, with it's limited menu should cause some of them to take note.Finally, a place to get Bahn Mi on the West side!While we have had better, we have also had much worse. So, bravo to this little start up. Keep fighting the good fight and filling the void.Thanks for all the noodles but we would like to see more broth in the pho. Also, keep trying to improve the Bahn Mi. It's powerful fresh flavors set it apart from all the other sandwiches. Make it more juicy and zesty to make it a winner people can't resist.We'll be back to try a few more things and to see how the restaurant grows.
