ONLY LIVE HERE IF YOU LIKE DEAD DOGS AND BROKEN APPLIANCES!!!!!!! :)This place started out nice. It's a quiet complex too so I'll give it that. But the management, residents and maintenance here are horrible. My dog has been attacked SEVEN times by three separate dogs since moving here. All attacks were unprovoked and seemingly for no reason. Each time my leashed dog & I were just walking minding our business when the dogs sprint towards us at full force, growling and showing teeth. They proceed to try to bite my dog. Typically followed by an owner going "sorry" as they try to get their dog off mine. My dog is being traumatized. I've left voicemail after voicemail to Spring Park, went to them in person and left an email. Nothing has been done. It's reckless and beyond dangerous. I'm so lucky my dog has a thick coat that has prevented most of the bites from getting through on her neck. A dog or person is going to die or get seriously hurt because of these irresponsible owners. Also, I moved in to a unit with a broken dryer in April. It's currently September and I'm still waiting for a replacement. I call, submit requests, and they're all ignored. I moved into these complexes solely cause they said they come with a washer/dryer. I'm counting down the days until my lease is up. (Note: one of the dogs tried to bite me as well and one night knocked me over face down on the ground and I got hurt.) These dogs are big too so I'm terrified of this happening to a child next. One bite and they're done. So reckless and dangerous ownership.

I must say that the "market price " is absurd. These guys have NOTHING special to offer. They have zero to compare to the top price of the market. Would you be surprised to know that they are asking us native New Mexicans, semi natives, transplants, retirees the same or close to the same prices as say The Enclave in NE Heights? Bravo. Well done.

Great location, not far from the nicest areas of NE Albuquerque, across the street from a pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants, and within walking distance to some of Albuquerque's best elementary and middle schools. The #2 bus runs right in front of the complex with frequent buses to Kirtland AFB. The park behind the complex is large, beautiful, always filled with people either exercising, playing, or having picnics. The apartments are nice, well configured, and quiet enough. The views of the mountains are wonderful. The staff is friendly and the prices are appropriate.

Extremely disappointing maintenance service. Having a hard time living here. Have to raise service requests quite a few times of the week. They won't even care to fix it

WARNING!!! AVOID!!!Spring Park is not a good place to live. Ashley the "manager (mismanaging professional)" doesn't seem to know how to answer a phone despite there being multiple employees sitting in the office doing very little. This tends to happen all the time. I've experienced my ceiling leaking from an upstairs plumbing leak (an emergency) and no one answers a phone; on a weekday during office hours. The maintenance crew is inept and lazy. Nothing gets fixed. I have a dishwasher with no drain tube connected. It floods the apartment if used. This will not be resolved. Nor will any of the many other repairs needed to live comfortably here. My ceiling has at least ten holes throughout the 6 year stay. All of them have had work orders submitted and none of the holes got fixed, but all the work orders are marked as completed. Dishonesty and negligence are common practice. Anyone moving here will need to at least threaten legal action. I've waited years to see these holes in the ceiling repaired. I've had no ballast in my fluorescent light for months. No light in the kitchen. I had to hang a light because light bubs and ballasts are not in their budget. A ballast is no more than $30. If this exceeds their budget then you can imagine so does everything. They will tell you there's a budget issue for every fix. EVERY FIX!! Even parts that cost cents or under a dollar (for some plumbing fittings). It's pathetic! As soon as I call a lawyer there's magically a budget. Ashley (the manager) doesn't want to work nor does the head of maintenance (he's a silent quitter), so nothing gets repaired. And, Ashley acts like it's your fault she is neglectful. They raise the rent every year it's doubled in 6 years. I have way less appliances than when I moved in. I'm hiring a lawyer soon and breaking the lease. Unless you want to go through all this trouble just to move out I'd AVOID this hell hole!!!

Charged us $4,842.36 because we packed up 14 days before our lease ended. We moved out of state for a job. When I try to get ahold of the complex they don't answer EVER. They have terrible customer service. We have no way to dispute being wrongfully terminated even though we never missed a rent payment. They WILL take you for all the money they possibly can. They have no foot to stand on for these unjustified charges but we don't have the time or money to take to small claims. On top of all this they charge you for everything so the rent you agreed on will always be more expensive every single month. The utilities are very steep at $200-$300 a month. Other than that I only had one gun pulled on me by a homeless man trying to steal groceries. I travel a lot for work. By far the worst place I've stayed so far.
