Saw the nurse practitioner, who did not even listen to my chest, look in my ears etc. Did not seem to care that I was experiencing side effects from discontinuation of previous medication. I thought Roberta was suppose to be like a doctor but not sure at this point what she is able to practice..Seems to be some limitations I was not aware of. I feel like my health was put at risk!!I am a stable individual but what if I was suicidal? The office manager is also a very rude individual and my opinion is she should not be in the healthcare industry.

First I want to say that look at these reviews, they don't even respond to them. They don't seem to care.Gosh I don't even know where to begin. I saw Roberta, the NP and she seemed real good at the beginning. What I didn't realize was she was new. I think she is a nice person but she is way over her head. If I wanted to ask a question, this office wants you to have a phone appt so they can charge the insurance company $200 and they did this at least 4 times with me, maybe more. Then Roberta sends me to a test for a hernia and she sends me to the wrong place and wrong test for the hernia. The technician was baffled. THEN, Roberta stops a thyroid medication without using a conversion chart to adjust the NP thyroid and my hypothyroid and my TSH test goes off the charts. She then had another telephone appt and told me to get bloodwork done at the end of October. They do not have the order. I am happy to say that today I fired her and I found a good provider who knew how to convert my thyroid so I didn't have to take the Synthetic Thyroid anymore. There is also a mess with the billings, my insurance company didn't approve many things because they do not bill correctly. Fortunately they did not ever charge me for anything nor would I ever pay. (Actually, they owe me $20 but they can keep it, I want nothing to do with them anymore. I spoke once to the receptionist about the billing and she even said she wants to pull her hair out with whoever is doing their accounting. Plus seeing all these terrible reviews, I should have listened. If you are thinking of going there, there is at least one NP who seems to not get along with people (the male NP) and one who is kind but doesn't know what she is doing. I gave this 5 months of my life and I wish I did more research for now I found someone who knows what they are doing. BTW, I never got the correct hernia test, mamma mia!

Horrible. I have a strong medical background and would not send a scruffy street skunk to these people. They are rude, they lie and/or misrepresent and most likely plan on charging for 'no shows' even though their staff seem to be good at creating chaos in the schedule. Listen to the reviews that say 1 or 2...the 5 was probably a staff member or owner. They are terrible. I never even got in their office before I decided they were a bad bunch of yahoos!! Thank goodness I didn't. Now I worry they will utilize my personal information. Horrible experience. Horrible staff response. Entirely unprofessional.

My family member had a good visit with the provider but the billing process is still in the dark ages. They have no online portal for billing. Either snail mail or call in a credit card number. Then to get a receipt they won't email you, but will only physically mail. They also can't/won't send you an itemized receipt for FSA/HSA reimbursement. You have to call their billing provider on a separate call to get that. All of this stuff is automated. Just pay some money for a service that does this already. It seems crazy you can look at my bill, tell me what I owe, and then not send me an itemized receipt.

Been going to Dr. Kaufman and other providers here for years. Very good and responsive care. We live out of town and Dr. Kaufman has helped us several times over the phone. Dr. Kaufman listens and supports our thoughts over our health care. He is not about dispensing medication, though definitely promotes products he thinks are beneficial. He is looking to treat the root causes of our issues. Dr. Kaufman has always been great with my children. The office staff is always friendly and professional.

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure where to begin except to say this was the most bizarre and horrible encounter I've ever had with a Healthcare "professional".Mr. Thomas Gammil, PA. If you have a strict cell phone policy maybe that should be communicated. When I have to ask another parent questions via text because they aren't there should I send smoke signals next time? Or should I communicate telepathically since I should have been psychic with your cell phone LAWS. It's called Co-parenting. This isn't the army Mr tightwad, you are in a medical facility where you're supposed to have care and compassion.I was just banned from the office over a cell phone and Mr Gammil refused to answer medical questions because I was taking notes about the kajillion supplements he was spouting out to a young child. He yelled and berated me like an angry child in front of my child. "LISTEN, I have a strict cell phone policy, it's distracting, you are banned from this office, never to return. " he had plenty of opportunities to politely ask for it to be put away as I was communicating to him what father said. Mr. Gammil decided to build up his anger until it came out like a toddler tantrum. Looks like he does this often based on the reviews. I feel sorry for his staff and any future patients. He stated pt. Would need to see a pedatric cardiologist but when I asked if he knew of any he looked at me with disgust and said "don't know". I would say poor bedside manners however there's more to it, anger issues? Ego issues? He's in no place to be giving advice let alone medical advice. Get a grip. I wouldn't trust him with the care of a cat let alone my child.

HORRIBLE! I cannot believe Gammill is employed! The most rude unhappy medical person I have ever run into. I tool my 86 year old mother to a follow up appointment after a serious ER incident. He walked in with absolutely no greeting. There are signs posted that say NO CELL PHONE - ok ... well, my 86 year old mother has memory issues. Her phone rang immediately after he began an examination and he gave her the nastiest look said turn that off and then told her "this appointment is over" and walked out. Unbelievable!!! The assistant that came in originally was nice - unfortunately, the PA is awful!!

I will not be going here again. I was scammed into an appointment I didn't need and ended up paying a ton of money. Staff manger is rude and defensive when you ask questions. Feels like they care more about money than your health and/or working with you when you get an outrageous bill for something you didn't ask.
