Southwest Cyberport

well, I called & made my deposit & waited for installation. problem is they use another company for this (suddenlink ) To keep this short, I waited 2.5 MONTHS ! And to this day I have no internet. midway thru this I was given 1/2 refund. and to this day I'm still waiting on the other 1/2 . They are kind & helpful-ish when you call . but absolutely unable to deliver.

We have our Internet for our Home through Southwest Cyberport. It's been uneventful, but on the Occasion when it's not they have your back big time. Customer Service is TRULY their forte. They answer the phone, are patient and go above and beyond to help. You could go straight to the Vendor, ours is Century Link but you have the people behind your Service instead of a toll free number and long hold. Richard is Super helpful and friendly along with the rest of the staff. Also, it's a bit cheaper to go through them as well, which never is a bad thing. Highly recommend them and I am not easily pleased, so it's a huge compliment to their Service!

I have been using SWCP for various services since 1996, they have been both reliable, and more than competent. And they are arround to support my very non geek Parents! You don't get a Robot or someone in another continent, when you call, you get a local person whom genuinely cares that you get quality service! They provide mt DSL, My Webhosting, and my Email.

I have been using SWCP since around 1994, when the service was still being run out of the bedroom closet of the founders. They quickly grew out of that and have been in a real datacenter for years. They did this by being a GREAT ISP and understanding how to treat customers.SWCP is an excellent local ISP with phenomenal customer service. I've got multiple non-profit web sites hosted with them, personal email and shell accounts, and my home internet service. They are knowledgeable and helpful.If you've got special requirements, this place will understand what you're talking about and will work with you to meet your needs. Don't bother shopping around. If you're in Central New Mexico, this is the ISP to use. Period.

Moving to New Mexico for spouse's work and got approved to work full time remote. Looking for a reliable internet service since I'll be spending a lot of time on video chat with coworkers. Contacted these guys since they had great reviews on this site! And I'm here to say that the hype is true. Called their number and got an answer from a knowledgeable human right away. Unfortunately they could not provide a fast enough connection to me where we were moving to, but the agent was still very helpful, advising me on what kind of connection I would need for WFH and who I could get it from. Thanks Southwest Cyberport!

Well, I just called Southwest Cyberport a few minutes ago to ask about installing home internet service. When I asked the person at Southwest Cyberport if I could talk to someone about home internet service, he replied in a rather nasty condescending voice "what about it?". I just hung up at that point. I'll look for another local internet provider who is bothered by a simple phone call.

If you are a non-techie, you will LOVE these people!All of the good reviews really say it all. Fantastic customer service, harking back to the days of yore when local businesses cared about their customers and their own company reputation. We will be customers 'forever'.

Southwest Cyberport may be the very best run company in New Mexico! Everyone there is both remarkably helpful and knowledgeable. Having their servers on site gives them a tremendous service advantage. For big or small needs, they are able to respond so quickly. Without reservations, I give them the highest recommendation!

I received a bill from Southwest Cyberport for supposed internet services that my deceased brother had with them. He never had these services and I do not appreciate their unethical business practices.

If tech support is needed they are easily contacted,interested in understanding your problem, and for those of us who arenot so tech savvy they patiently help you with the solution.
