Had a great time at the 2024 festival! A lot of interesting vendors, most of whom were allowing samples of their goods and had a lot for sale. We spent about 2-3 hours total and were completely chocolated out by the end. Most people also had the same idea of going to get their chocolate/coffee early as it was a 40 min wait outside (on a cold/windy day) before we managed to get it and it was very very crowded inside. This event is not for a claustrophobic. By 2 o clock, the crowds were dying down. By midday, it was nice enough to explore and grab lunch outside from one of the food trucks. Presale tickets made it an inexpensive event to enjoy!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: **4-stars given because I don't fancy chocolate or coffee but wanted to be at this event. Would've given 5-stars if I sampled product**Mostly outdoor event and so many people! Yay! First time I have been to the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Festival and it was better than I had imagined! It was so much more than just chocolate and coffee at the 2-day event. Great atmosphere to spend a few hours, lots of free samples and show specials. There was a vast amount of bakers, chocolatiers, bread makers, coffee roasters, candy makers, popcorn, tea and other delicacies to get your taste buds tingling inside the Expo. I was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of bee vendors selling honey products. Honey goes well with coffee, tea and baking products In addition, the streets were lined with more vendors, food trucks, wineries, breweries and live music with attendees dancing and having a wonderful experience on Main Street at the fairgrounds. Will I return? Absolutely yes. See you next year!

Such a fun and delicious time. There were over 100 vendors of coffee, wine, chocolate, jerky and more!! Live music was so welcoming and made the experience extremely fun, with all the samples, I could dance all night!! Exploring and discovering all the different local is amazing. Thank you, Yelp! I am excited to be part of this community.

This was a lot of fun. The Nm Expo is a hug place. First time there. Too many vendors to name but there were quite a few. It was a great turn out. A lot of people. Food trucks galore, live music. If you get the opportunity to go and love coffee or chocolate, it's a lot of fun.

This year's event was as fun as other years. There were some new vendors this year with great products. The big issues has to do with strollers in the walk ways. Some of the walkways are a little narrow so it can be challenging. Other than that issue it is a lot of fun and there are a variety of vendors to meet everyone's tastes.

This was a great outdoor event with plenty of chocolate and coffee but for this thirsty for something else there are wineries, brews and distilleries represented. Many of these we tried and the Wine Fest, bonus her is no outrageous lines to wait in for a sample. Hungry? There were plenty of food truck to satisfy most appetites. But wait there's more. Moving inside there were additional vendors - jerky, cookies, popcorn & some non food items. All in all a great way to spend afternoon.

Get ready for a MAJOR buzzzzzzz. Wow. How much chocolate and coffee can one consume over a couple of hours...I don't know, but there's no shortage of opportunity that's for sure.Your best bet is to buy tix in advance online, and get there before the doors open, 9:30-9:45ish to get in line early. Bring a water bottle. Have a good breakfast that morning to pad the gut before all that sugar and caffeine start partying it up your GI tract :) you're welcome.Stand out booths for me (in no particular order) were: *Joliesse Chocolates* (but of course! And did you see their ginormous awesome life sized Tik Tok from Oz Chocolate Creation...amazing) ~ *La Quiche Parisienne* (those almond croissants!) ~ *The Burque Bakehouse* (sour cream crumb coffee cake & macaroons) ~ *Tea.O.Graphy* (from Taos! Awesome!!!) * ~ *Odacrem Coffee* (that Guatemala Blend!)~ Casa Rodena Winery* (the 1629 & Meritage!) ~ *Rebel Donut* ~ *Chocolate Glitz & Cream* (Unicorn Bark!) ~ *New Mexico Pie Company* (those lil pie tarts!!!!) ~ *Trifecta Coffee Company* (small growlers $8!) ~ *Heidis Raspberry Farm* (Raspberry Lavender Jam!!!) ~ *Old Barrel Tea Company* ~ *Mike's Jerky* ~ *Tractor Brewing Company* ~ *Death Wish Coffee Company* ~ *By The Cup Coffee Co* (Michael Thomas Coffee Roaster) ~ and *What The Fudge* ~Free face painting for the kids, jumping bouncers, games, and milking demonstration in the Kids Zone. Overall, tons of fun! It's super packed though. My one suggestion (for what it's worth) would be that they would sell tickets for time slots, maybe 3 hours at a time, to limit the crowds so you can move with more ease.

I have to admit, I got tickets to this event from a lovely Yelp buddy who wasn't going to use them. I was going to anyways, but it was nice to get in for just the cost of parking ($5) and a kid's admission ($3). I also spent a few dollars here and there tipping or buying little treats here and there, but my biggest purchase was a bag of Death Wish Coffee for my caffeine-fiend fiancé! As soon as we saw the booth I just had to. They threw in a box of cherry Java Bark with my bag and I'm obsessed with it. My pastry chef (and, come to think of it, also a caffeine-fiend) sister was in baked goods and coffee heaven! I always brag about her and probably said "she's a pastry chef" to vendors at least 20 times. We tasted tons of delicacies and she had interesting, relevant questions like "are these flowers stenciled or hand-painted?" Meanwhile the best I can manage is "Yum!" My 4 year old nephew was absolutely thrilled with the giant bouncy castles/obstacle courses in the kids play area. Especially after following boring grown ups around while they waited in lines to sample coffee! We didn't stay too long because 4 year old attention spans are limited, but we had a total blast!
