South Broadway Library

I always love visiting this library so much. There is also an art gallery and performance space for community events.

Updating my review to mention that South Broadway Library is now the location of the seed library! With your library card you are able to check out 15 packets per season, up to 30 packs in a year. Vegetables, herbs, and flowers are available! There are a ton of gardening-themed events to help support you, and their website gives instructions on how to save seeds (although that is not required in order to pick some up): https://abqlibrary.org/seeds/SavingSeedsAnd if you're a bus rider, south-bound "BUG" drops off RIGHT at the front door!

This is such a cool location. It is in the middle of the neighborhood and is easy to access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful.

What a fantastic resource!This site has the usual--books and DVDs--but it also offers so much moreThere are ebooks, craft classes, reading to the dogs programs, Lego club, preschooler story time, community info boards and FREE MOVIES for children and adults (along with free popcorn). Take advantage of free computer and Internet use (3 hour limit). Tired of paying crazy high prices for printing and faxing at other locations--how about a paltry .15 cents a page!?! That's what I'm talkin' 'bout. There's lots of seating to choose from...many tables and chairs, puffy chairs and comfy couches. Enjoy the fantastic collection of art along the walls.
