Awesome experience! I had a simple conversation with the florist about the style of bouquet I was looking for but mostly left it up to her expertise. My wife got this beautiful arrangement delivered the same day to our hotel room, and it really made for a special day. She totally nailed the style I wanted. Highly recommend.This was the second time I went to Sonrisa and this time I ordered a different size/price. Friendly for any budget, but she never skimps on quality regardless of how much you're spending.

I live in AZ & wanted to send something special to my mom who lives in Rio Rancho- for her bday.I didn't get the owners name when I called yesterday morning but she is so pleasant to work with & was able to complete my "custom" order within a short time.My mom was so surprised & absolutely loves the beautiful arrangement!Thank you for the friendliness & great customer service!

We got robbed!My husband spent A LOT of money for a funeral arrangement. I cannot believe the horrible quality. Albertsons arrangements are far better and we could have purchased 2 beautiful, $100 arrangements instead. Shameful!!

Sonrisa Blooms has to be the most romantic florist in all of Albuquerque! We are eating at Vernon's tonight for our wedding anniversary and I decided at the absolute LAST minute (2 hours notice) that I wanted to do something extra special for my husband. I called Sonrisa and they said they would make a custom flower arrangement in my budget and that 2 hours notice was plenty of time! They took payment over the phone and handled everything for me! I had envisioned having the arrangement at the table and they one upped me by saying they would wait until we were seated and walk the arrangement in personally! How absolutely romantic is that?What is even better is they use the same flowers whether your budget is $30 or $300! And their creations are just as romantic as they are!This anniversary is extra special thanks to Sonrisa Blooms! I envision they will be part of many more anniversaries to come!

I live out of state and wanted to send a friend some flowers so I called, spoke with the owner and had a gorgeous bouquet of flowers in a vase hand delivered to her within a few hours. Not only was the owner an incredibly sweet woman, she made the prettiest bouquet of flowers and was extremely accommodating. My friend happened to be out away from home when the delivery was scheduled for, and the owner drove out of her way to still make the delivery happen.I would highly recommend coming here for your floral needs :)

I had the most amazing experience working with Sonrisa Blooms. I live out of state and wanted to send a floral arrangement to a friend. Diane was amazing and made the experience feel very professional, personal, and seamless. After discussing what I had in mind, a beautiful floral arrangement was made and delivered in less than 24 hours. I was extremely impressed with her expertise and quality of her work. I will absolutely return to this business the next time I need flowers in NM!

Diane is such an amazing artist/florist! All of her flowers are a true piece of beauty and art. I got married on Friday 7/6/18 and she has been there for me from the beginning of my wedding planning journey. She helped me condense my million different ideas down to one beautiful concept that set the landscape of beauty and romance for our wedding. Her design style is unique, exquisite, truly one of a kind. Diane personally gave me and my bridesmaids our bouquets, as well as my now husband and his groomsmen their boutonnieres. Everything was absolutely gorgeous!! She also helped decorate the reception tables, as well as a lot of other decor around the garden area at casas de Suenos.

Buyer BewareOn 12//17/21, I ordered flowers from Sonrisa Blooms in Albuquerque, NM, for the funeral of a dear friend. They told me they could deliver and stated the average funeral arrangement ran $150 but they could make smaller or larger arrangements. I ordered the $150 and it ended up pricing at $181.52 with delivery and taxes. This price was for one dozen roses. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home, I was embarrassed. I would have received better quality from Walmart. Sonrisa also misspelled my name on the card. I was specific on how to spell the name. The following Tuesday I called and expressed my dismay. The owner stated I was not used to quality and asked how she could fix this. I asked for half my money back and she agreed. I was never credited to my account. Buyer beware with Sonrisa Blooms in Albuquerque.

I needed a floral arrangement for a dear friend's passing. I stopped by the shop and Diane was friendly as soon as I walked in. She took the time to ask me questions about my friend to ensure that she picked the right flowers for the arrangement. Rather than just getting a standard arrangement from the grocery store or online, I feel that I got an arrangement that was worthy of how much my friend meant to us. She created an art piece and not just an arrangement. She sent me a picture when she was done and she even delivered the same day. I am so glad that I choose Sonrisa Blooms and I would definitely recommend.
