Quick service, small menu (which I appreciate on this kind of food truck), and tasty! Easy dinner or snack. It was filling for me but my friend thought the portions should be bigger.

Mexican hot dog & taco stand! Located in the parking lot next to the Motel 6 on Cerrillos road. Bring cash! Sonora dogs, tacos, and barbacoa quesadillas! Delish! I got the Sonora dog and it was probably one of the best hot dogs I have ever had! Fresh roasted pepper on the side, yummy sauce to pour on, MUST order! Friendly staff and they accept call in orders :)
