I would STRONGLY recommend going to this location over the one located downtown in Albuquerque. As I have gone to both now, you will find that the wait times are not NEARLY as bad, the parking is WAY better, and you will get in and out much faster. FYI - no drinks or food allowed, they stop you right at the door. Heaven forbid, you have water in this desert climate, but nope - that's a liability, so they make you put it in the trash. Overall, it was a great experience at this location and I would recommend for others to go to this one, even if they live in Albuquerque like me.

I am a Black man and was racially discriminated against on 06-26-24 by male Hispanic and Manager and White female agent with tattoo on right arm. I am a first responder of 46 years and was treated like dirt. Called national security office and was treated with dignity and respect. Will report the discrimination of this office to National SSA Office. I would not recommend this office, especially being Black in NM.

Have been here twice and both times completely satisfied. Clean, safe and a courteous staff. First time the person who helped us had to go the extra mile to find the right information that solved a decades old problem. Only drawback is the wait time, so bring something to do.
