Social Security Administration

This is a new location security is high. The one issue with the lobby is the signage is poor. I had to ask what I needed to do to be on the list to talk to someone. Once I got that figured out it went very quickly.

So disappointed in the service ! No one calls back when I have left a voice mail. Terrible

I applied for my social security retirement on-line. A representative from theAlbuquerque office left me a voicemail asking me to call her back about possible benefits and she gave me the number to call. I have been calling that number for several days(different times of the day) and I always get thesame recording. "Thank you for calling the social security administration. None of our representatives are available to talk to you now. Please call back at another time." I am suppose to respond by a certain date, which is soon. How can I possibly contact her when no one is available to answer the phone?
