Did you know that in the state of New Mexico, it is not the tenant's responsibility to pay the water bill? It is the landlord's responsibility. Sky charged us for water when we rented with them. If they're charging you for water, they are breaking the law. I've never had a worse landlord. I'm surprised Sky hasn't been sued out of existence. They scam their tenants and squeeze every last bit of money that they can get out of them. Alicia would show up and enter our property unannounced- she even walked through our backyard and woke us up by yelling into our home once.We repeatedly submitted maintenance requests for them to fix our AC... nobody ever came, so we ended up having to fix it ourselves in the middle of summer. When Covid hit, we had maintenance working on fixing a leak in our extremely old pipes. While they were in the middle of fixing our leak, she called them and told them that they were all being layed off. Fortunately they were nice enough to finish the job for us. I wouldn't recommend Sky to my worst enemy. If for some reason you do end up renting from them, PLEASE take pictures upon moving in. They WILL try to charge you for "damages" when you move out, so it will help to have proof of what your rental property looked like when you first moved in. I've spoken to multiple other tenants who've shared the same experience of being accused of damaging the property, and Sky has tried to charge them hundreds of dollars for "damages."

This company is the worst manager company I have ever worked with. Because of them my water bill got so high. I went to the water authorities in rio rancho and did all the paperwork months ago and sky management didn't bother to call them back to confirm we were renting here so I couldn't get it switched over. They finally confirmed it three months into my lease and I had to refile the application with the water authorities and I still have to pay for it even though it was their fault. It is also like pulling teeth to get them to come out and do any work when something breaks or to get anyone to answer their phone or call you back! I highly don't recommend.

Make sure you have proof of your rent payments. This is the second time they have given me an eviction notice after I have paid. I have my proof and will go to court if needed

worst place ever to rent from:"Alicia Sullivan, the property owner, has demonstrated dishonest and unethical practices. Despite no legitimate damages being present, she refused to return our security deposit and provided no proper move-out forms or documentation justifying withholding the funds. Instead, she made false allegations and seemingly used the deposit to remodel the rental property for sale. It has been almost a year since we moved out, and no communication or resolution has been provided. Additionally, her business lacks a proper physical office location beyond an address on 10th Street in Albuquerque. Her actions reflect deceptive and unprofessional behavior."

Me and my husband rented from this place for about three almost 4 years when we moved into this place it seemed pretty legit. We had no issues and no problems until we started putting in maintenance request when we were put in maintenance request sometimes it would take weeks for them to even respond back to us, one request for an electrical box because our electricity kept cutting off and the box kept flipping and they came out and fixed it after they told Alicia Sullivan, the owner and manager of sky management it needed to be replaced because this is a property management and not the landlord in July 2024 we were asked to move out due to the fact that the owner wanted to sell the property. We left the home in amazing condition and have photos to provide Sullivan. The owner of sky management refuses to give us back our security deposit and states that the money is needed for damages like interior exterior paint as well as replacing a vanity and a light fixture , clearly these were upgrades to sell the home not reasonable wear and tear this day. We are still in the process of taking her to court to receive back our security deposit. We were entitled to after multiple attempts of trying to reach her through email or as well as text, she refuses to respond back. I definitely do not recommend This place unless you enjoy having problems I had had thousands and thousands of views as well as it was very helpful to tons of people and Alicia Sullivan remove the Google review so that it is no longer available for those to see. I will continue to contribute on every single webpage just to make people more aware of how they run business here please beware of those who take advantage of those in need

The absolute worst property management companies to work with. Rude as fuck! They got shit so far up their asses they always walk like that. MUST FEEL GOOD. Maintenance is so old. Never speak or read English. The units are less than upgraded or not up to pass a code inspection. Unless they get paid under the table. Crime rates increased at all properties its amazing its still standing. Welcome to hell!!!!!

This company is absolutely horrible. Do not rent with them. My partner and I rented an Airbnb from Alicia, the CEO of Sky Management. She rents out Airbnbs through Sky Management as well as regular apartments. When we first met her she seemed nice enough, asked us what kind of apartment we were looking for and got us in to see a unit that she had for rent. It was a nice unit so my partner and I submitted our applications with my mom as a co-signer and we were accepted. Over the next few days as we were receiving the lease and sorting things out, my mom was asking for information from Alicia and another agent there named Brittany, who outright refused to give her information such as the original listing or amenities. As my mom does not live in state and did not see the unit in person herself she of course wanted to know where her money was going. They not only refused to give her the information, but called her at 7am to tell her she was being difficult, and then illegally removed her from the lease. We were deciding what to do and the next day before we had a chance to call her, she then SHOWED UP TO THE AIRBNB UNANNOUNCED to ask us if we still wanted the apartment as now we could have it without a co-signer. Completely unprofessional. We said no, we don't want to rent it, as obviously this woman has shown us she is unstable and the other agent was rude as well so we wanted nothing to do with this company. We were at the Airbnb until the end of the month and during that time she showed up unannounced a second time and tried at least 3 times to get me to join her niece's gym. Save yourself time and money and avoid them at all costs. Also, the Airbnb we stayed at was barely finished, had a German cockroach infestation, nails sticking out of the roof above the shower (it was a converted attic) that you would hit your head on if you accidentally stood up in the shower. The wifi barely worked and the dresser was falling apart. If an Airbnb which is supposed to be fully furnished and habitable is in this state, I can't imagine what actually renting with them is like.
