Skies Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

Skies Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a wonderful facility. I have known about this place for almost 10 years already. Everytime I visit this facility I am always impressed by how they keep this place so clean. The staff here are absolutely great and I can clearly see they care for their residents. The activities staff as well as the director seem to give their all in making the residents happy. Plenty of great activities there. Every month they plan a Birthday party, with live music entertainment!! What a fun place this is!!

I would give this place a zero star I had to put a one star because it won't let u post a review. My mother in law went in there only for rehab and ended up passing away out of no where. The care is so bad there. With Covid we could not go in and see the place only visit through a window. The stuff my mother in law would tell us they were not doing I would call and ask about and never get a call back. She was only in there less then 3 weeks and passed away. They had no explanation as to why. Except for the nurse that was man handling my mother in laws deceased body very Aggressively well she was yelling out reasons to me and my husband why she felt my mother-in-law died. It took all that was in us not to knock her out. We had to pay $5030.00 for an autopsy to find out the cause of death because they had no clue why my mother-in-law died and would not pay for one. The lack of care and the aggressiveness of the staff made us believe they were hiding something. Please if you have a love one that is in this facility remove them and take them somewhere else. If you don't and you're thinking about this facility do not put them in there. This is only a little bit of what we had to deal with from this facility too much to write on here.

My grandma came here and the night staff is the absolute worst to the point we had to call state. I'm a CNA myself and the staff here are beyond rude they refuse to help any of their residents it got to the point where me and my family had to take turns staying nights with my grandmother because the staff here treat them so badly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff and management should be ashamed for how badly they treat these people to the point it's inhumane.

If I could give this place a big fat ZERO for their treatment of employees I would. The place is a mess with staff and people quite left and right after being employed for a mere day due to the lack of help!! And the ones that they were able to keep are refused adequate time off and pay but still want the employees to work crazy hours. Also if you decide that the place is too chaotic and want to part ways, because its a crap shoot, they will lie and refuse to pay what is owed. Not a good play to be employed and obviously by looking at the comments and other reviews on different sites, Skies Healthcare and Rehabilitation is no better to their patients. How are they still able to remain open with the lack of professionalism to residents and staff?

Zero star! My grandpa was transferred there and he got much worse, he lost a lot of weight and got a lot worse! They would not clean him or change when he got dirty, many times we would find him full of poop and in a uncomfortable position and they would not clean him until we asked! He even once fell and they did not care and notice he injured his head, the service is horrible they don't take care of the people there, they wouldn't change his food or water until we asked! We asked to change him back to the hospital for all of this horrible service, please if you have someone there transfer them to a better place, this place is horrible and they don't take care of them!!
