We have a 3 year old house and the stucco is crumbling off the outside! In spite of contacting 2 different people at Sivage, I've gotten no advisements on whom to contact for repair. 1 person got back to me with a snarky email and the other person didn't get back to me at all. I was asking them who originally stuccoed the house, so that i could contact them to come repair it. Terrible customer service and I'd never buy another house they built!

My home was built by the WORST contractors Sivage could find. Four years ago when we first moved in, the first thing I noticed was live electrical wires in the kitchen under the cabinet drawer. All the nails in the trim flooring we're sticking out way too far and the corners we're hire so it did not level out. My sliding door was not framed level so the sliding door is forever hard to close and lock. I had The window people come out and try to fix a couple of my windows because they were not closing correctly. I think it was a cheap window and poor framing because when I get the level out it is not square. I have several cracked tiles that are huge. expecting more to crack because when you drop a penny on some of the tiles it sounds hollow in certain areas. I had issues with the breaker and the Bosch microwave went out on The second year. The wiring to the sprinklers was wired wrong so we have to water our plants with a hose. The ceiling now has water leaks due to a bad roof job! Sivage hires the worst cheapest contractors! My dream home turned into a disaster home! There are more things wrong with the house that should not be given the house is four years old. I have called savage and Adriane said the roof it's not covered because it's been four years. The only thing covered for 10 years is structural meaning the joists and the wood walls. So I guess if the house is not collapsing on top of you due to the framing you're stuck with what you got.

I love my Sivage home and we have had few issues, but one big issue we are having is the roof. We had two roof leaks last year 5/2015 and I contacted all of the following entities with no success:Sivage Homes - do not cover repairs after 1 year of sale.the company contracted to put on the roof - did not respond to my multiple callsthe 2-10 warranty company - the do not cover roofing issues.Needless to say we had a third party come out and do the repair and paid for the repair ourselves. I would not purchase a Sivage home due to these issues. A new house should come with a new, warrantied roof. Also, we are currently dealing with a new leak so my husband is patching until we can get a new roofer out to see what we need to do. There is nothing like a leaky roof on a rainy Sunday!

I bought a new build home 6/2013. There were approximately 5 roof leaks one week before closing. It was fixed. Another one a month after closing---fixed. Another two 5 months later---fixed. Now I have 2 roof leaks 17 months after home was built. Sivage is refusing to repair as not within one year, although it is obviously poor construction. They told me they will not stand behind their work if warranty doesn't pay. I asked, so you only build roofs that last one year. I was told yes. I asked about getting roofer info and was told good luck, they didn't know who did it and they were probably out of business. I said I would be taking this to the Attorney General and BBB. They said they didn't care. I paid over 300k for this house. My last home was 135k and built better.

There were a few issues with our new home, but Sivage did help with the cost of them. We love our home and the area!
