I'm on the east coast and needed to order sympathy flowers for someone in Albuquerque. Yelp reviews seemed ok so I went for it. I initially ordered the Peaceful White Lilies Basket but what was delivered missed the mark! Same flowers pictures in website were in the basket but the arrangement was off. The owner, Thea, was also not happy with the outcome so she apologized. To my surprise she offered to make things right and delivered a beautiful bouquet in the unique style that her business is accustomed to. See photo!I can appreciate a business who stands by their workmanship and takes pride in what they do. Thank you very much! Our friend loved it!

Great local businesses are made by the people who care about them. Sometimes I'm so impressed with people, the plain and basic substance of who they are and how they treat me, that it makes the whole experience. I'm sold. I've found another place to invest my local bucks in, and I'll go out of my way to do so at Silver Springs.I tried the shop near my house. It was 9:30 in the morning and I need a bouquet pronto, but the place was closed, and as usual the "Open" sign had been left on all night. Man, that bugs. Anyway, I pulled out the ole Yelp app and let my fingers do the talkin' (remember that phrase?), which delivered five or six other businesses. The only open shop was downtown, and I was headed there anyway, so I called.Is it possible to actually listen to a smile? I think it's possible. The guy was friendly. Receptive. Invested in what I wanted. And ready to get 'er done in about 30 minutes. Perfect. And when I saw the smiles from the guy on the phone and the woman working the register, I was sold. I loved the bouquet. Loved the business. Felt like family. And I don't care how convenient online flower delivery companies are, they'll never, ever be able to smile at me, so if I'm shopping locally, I'm going to Silver Springs. Simple as that.

Very disappointed in my order through 1800Flowers which was filled through this local florist. I ordered the Graceful Lavender Bouquet by Real Simple® and the flowers my sister received on her birthday contained ZERO Lavender. I can't imagine that they only thought the color mattered and not the actual flowers. The overall product didn't look of the same quality.

I cant say strongly enough how happy I am with this place and the quality of their work. When I send flowers, I want them to make a statement. Silver Springs' arrangements do just that. Not your typical bunch of flowers in a vase with a bow. Always unique and creative, always perfect. I'll never do Flowers.com again. Now I just call the shop and give a little info about what I had in mind. They take that and turn it into more than I could have hoped for every time. I've been over the top pleased by every arrangement.

I called Thia with a quirky request to incorporate a Broncos ball cap, a bottle of orange juice and post-it notes into an arrangement. As usual, she did not disappoint. The person who received them LOVED it and I was thrilled with how it came out. I've used Silver Springs for flowers since 2002 because her arrangements are unique, the flowers last a long time, and the service is always great. Great local business and owner.

Wow, what a fantastic local establishment. The crew is professional, efficient, and above all, super cool. I ran in on my short lunch break, with serious resting bitch face, hoping to grab a ready made bouquet out of a refrigerator. Instead, I came out with a gorgeous arrangement that a staff member created after we chose a handful of floral elements from the fridge. The quality of their products is excellent. I was in and out in five minutes, but wished I could have chilled with those guys longer. They're definitely my new go-to florists.

Its been about a month ive used silver springs florists and im truley impressed. From paul to thia this has to be one of the best florists ever. Sending flowers isnt as easy as it should be but if you call this florist direct they get the job done and the arrangments are quality artistry, they put love into it. I cant recommend them more and im really hard to please so thats saying a lot.

I had totally forgotten that my good friends' Dads funeral was tomorrow. Since I'm a big fan of Yelp, I searched the site to see who the best reviews, Silver Springs Floral and Gift came up.The phone was answered by a friendly gal. She was friendly and helpful on the selection of the flowers I was going to send. It's always scary when ordering flowers when you are unfamiliar with the florist. I haven't been disappointed yet. I'm giving 4 stars because of the great customer service I received. I will modify the rating if I hear the flowers weren't up to par.
