Signature Sweets & Flowers

I went on Valentine's Day, and I get that it's last minute, but you'd think they would be selling flowers so fast that they wouldn't be selling you old wilting flowers. Yesterday when I got them I noticed that the white roses had black marks at the edges and the roses were fully bloomed, but I didn't expect that my $184 investment was only going to last 1 day! Also I got a bear that had some dirt marks on the back but they didn't even offer to discount it. Mind you the small bear was 20 something dollars when you get a giant one for that price at cvs, discovered when I was going somewhere to get a card because they didn't have any cards besides those micro ones. Ultimately I don't mind spending even over $200 on flowers but I expect quality .

Great flower shop kinda hidden in my opinion but once you get in. You see that there is just a bunch of different types of flowers and designs. Very creative.

We use them for everything from weddings to funerals my boyfriend only gets from them the flowers last longer than anyone else and they have the best exotic flowers in town.. I never worry about an arrangement from them and Lisa is the most professional amazing owner i have met. She puts her signature on every bouquet she delivers.

Excellent customer service with a gorgeous selection!! I was very impressed with the gentleman that made my arrangement quickly and beautifully yesterday, giving me many options and following the agreed upon price before making the bouquet. Spread the word - this business is true find!!

Ordered from Signature sweets for Mother's Day! All I can say is WOW! Even during a pandemic, this shop never fails! My order was a designers choice, it was bright and beautiful with butterflies! My mother loved it! The staff is amazing!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a salty snack gift basket to be delivered to my boyfriend's work on Valentine's Day, which cost me $50. They got the wrong order and instead delivered a chocolate basket to him. I called them that day and told them they had delivered the wrong order. They were not apologetic and just asked me if I wanted the correct order delivered on Monday. I don't know why they couldn't deliver it the following day, instead of waiting three days, but I agreed. Monday came around and I didn't get a call nor was anything delivered. So I had to call them and the owner, Lisa, said that they were behind and that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. Tuesday rolled around and yet nothing was delivered. She finally called on Wednesday and asked me if they could deliver the basket on Thursday (seriously a whole week later). The worst part of it all is that she had the courage to ask for the other chocolate basket back. What NORMAL store would get the wrong order and then ask for the wrong order back after a week later. I don't have to go into the details as to why that's unsanitary but secondly BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!Nope, never again.
