I'm sorry to say, our experience with Signature's follow up was unfavorable. For some unknown reason they failed to follow up with us twice. We felt the initial work that was completed was good enough and thorough so we scheduled Signature to install an additional return, they never showed. Nearly a year later, they called us and they then realized we fell off their follow up list, they even had notes of what we wanted. Giving the benefit of the doubt, we scheduled again. An again Signature didn't show. We are disappointed and done with them, we shouldn't have to chase them down. Follow up: I just read other reviews, I guess I should have paid better attention.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I asked, them to come out and check my tankless hot water heater which stopped working, I called them because they had merged with the original installer, which was Unlimited Plumbing. They told me it would be $75 to come out and diagnose. Then when he goes to leave after he tells me there's nothing they can do because it is discontinued and they don't make the parts anymore that it would be almost $300. All he did when he while here was talk on the phone. He did not even take the unit apart to check anything. I got upset and they did end up crediting the $75 but still cost me over $200 to have him come out and talk on the phone. I would never hire this company to do anything. All they wanted to do was sell me a new unit at almost $9000. Which another Plumber told me was twice what they should charge. I had told him the make and model of my unit and what it was doing and the error code number before he came out. Stay away from this company. And when I talk to the company, they said the manager would call me that has been three days And I have not received a call.

I called on a Friday afternoon and asked that a technician come out and give me a quote to fix an issue caused by a different plumber. I was told that the tech that came out would call in advance. Sure enough, Monday morning first thing I got a call and the tech was there promptly. He listened to my request for varied estimates and then offered to email them to me. I was given the option of purchasing my or hardware or not - and that I appreciated. After shopping around a bit, I ordered the parts and picked them up the following day. Then I called to schedule the repair work. The tech was going out of town, but he put me as a #1 priority and came out the same day. I could not have waited! He was so patient, even when the shut off water leaked and caused him headaches (the city did the water shutoff). In the end, I was completely awed by the technician's standard of work, his willingness to entertain my input, and best of all that he stayed until the job was done. I will always call upon Signature in the future and will recommend them to others.

I have the worst luck at picking reliable companies. I went with signature, heating and cooling for several jobs at our house and have been let down and lied to many times on when they finish/start the project & when the equipment is coming in. I honestly feel flat out lied to an order just to get me to sign a contract and once I'm all signed up I don't matter as a customer and everything about dates etc go out the window. Between the projects I've spent upwards of $30,000 with these guys and yet they continue to lie to me about when equipment will come in when they can do the job etc I have emails and voicemails stating delivery & install dates and yet still nothing except me paying for equipment I don't have and no heat in our house.

Terrible service!!! We had to hire another company to finish up the job. They Found thermostats shipping seal had not been removed preventing the heater from coming on. Found a gas leak a water heater gas flex!!!

I called signature heating and plumbing to get a quote on a draft inducer motor installation for my furnace .I was already aware of what part needed to be replaced because my father-in-law is a retired contractor and he inspected the furnace yesterday and advised me that the draft inducer motor needed to be replaced.The fee for Signature plumbing to come out was $77 plus tax, which came out to $82.87 with taxes. I was totally fine with paying the inspection cost, even though I already knew what the issue was. I was hoping they would have the integrity to give me a reasonable quote. I was taken aback when the technician advised me that the cost would be almost $1400. I conducted research yesterday, 12/30/24 and for an OEM factory replacement part would cost $340 plus tax, there would be an additional 10% off for signing up with my email in which I did. If I had gone with a non-factory part it would've cost me even less which was about 165+ tax. I in turn showed the technician how much the part would cost, I asked him to give me an itemization of the charges that signature plumbing and heating was charging and he said they do not do itemization and that I would have to call a supervisor. Once he left, I called and left a message for the supervisor to call me. The supervisor, David Peralta called me and I asked him to explain why the cost would be so high and he gave me a generic answer that it was for the technicians expertise and the warranty and for peace of mind. Even with the cost of installation and the part, there is absolutely no justification for it to be $1400 (The technician also told me that it would take 15 minutes to install that part and if I had any mechanical know how I could do it myself).There was another individual who interjected when I was talking to Mr. Peralta. I did not get his name, but he told me to do what I had to do and he hung up on me once I advised him that I was going to leave a bad review on google. This company lacks integrity, and in my opinion has no moral values for the fact that they want to literally rip off people. I highly advise anyone who is looking for HVAC services or any type of services that signature plumbing provides to not do business with these people. The supervisor that I spoke with was very rude and very unprofessional and so was the other individual who got on the phone while i was speaking to Mr. Peralta.One more note...The technician advised me that if I were to get the correct part and I had the part in hand then all I had to do was call signature plumbing and they would send someone out and charge me $199 for the installation. This company are crooks,stay FAR away from them!!! I will be purchasing the blower online and will be installing it myself. I will save approximately $1000 dollars doing it myself.

Tldr: Poor service, overpriced labor, and unreliable. Costs far less to do the job yourself in less time or hire another company that will do it for less and complete the job in a shorter period of time.My mom and I endured three months without AC. After saving for a repair, we contacted Signature in April, but the appointment wasn't scheduled. Multiple reschedules led to missed appointments and wasted workdays for us. The first technician's diagnosis was vague and required another costly visit. Eventually, an electrical issue was identified, not covered by warranty.After more saving, Signature sent a team on 6/6/2024. The first group fidgeted with our AC, not acknowledging the issue I was explaining to them. They left without properly closing the fuse box, rendering our AC unusable. The second group, led by Jeff, diagnosed a broken thermostat, suggesting a replacement. Their thermostat was overpriced, lacking features, and cheaper online. Jeff offered a 'discount' for the cheaper thermostat, misleadingly claiming it was a favor.The thermostat, lacking essential features we needed, and thought would be included, was installed without leaving packaging or instructions. We requested an exchange for a slightly higher-priced model with those features but were met with refusal in every way. Jeff dismissed our concerns and accused us of wanting free services. His hostility and gaslighting were made evident, blaming us for their mistakes.Despite technically doing the job, we were exploited by Signature and by Jeff in a time of need, and despite us trying to reason with and accommodate them for their mistakes, they've continued to provide bad service and wring us of as much money as possible while being lied to that other companies charge more for the service. At least when it comes to thermometers, I recommend going elsewhere, or manually replacing it, it's not worth the pain and hassle Signature has put us through to employ their service.

No call, no show for their scheduled appointment with me. Wasted my time and when they called the next day trying to reschedule, Amanda was full of excuses. Poor customer service. If this is how they treat people who they are trying to do business with, I feel sorry for their existing customers
