We ordered a sign almost a year ago, paid half down and never received it. Terrible communication, I had to contact them regularly to find out what was happening.Excuse after excuse. I was very patient because if the pandemic and supply issues but they never delivered anything.

As long as this company has been in business I am shocked at the lack of customer service and incredibly slow response. Their communication amongst themselves is extremely poor. Everyone waits for an answer from the big boss. They took down a couple of signs from my building for me. Took them with them--not telling me. One was supposed to be disposed of and the other reinstalled. I'm now hostage to them putting the sign back up. Cheap and creepy tactic. There has been nothing but excuses or non-response to questions about getting them back up. I had to demand the return of my sign. I will be picking it up today and have hired another company to do the reinstall. Save yourself the heartache and use another company.

Be very careful if you decide use them. Their signs are fine, but their standards are very low when it comes to installation, and they can be very difficult to work with to resolve issues. The first time they installed the sign it was in the wrong place. When they finally moved it to the correct location they did a very amateurish job repairing large holes they'd drilled to install the sign in the wrong location. Full of excuses, they ultimately demonstrate very low standards. Beware.

FANTASTIC. Ernie and his team made a beautiful sign for me. When I needed a revision (for something that wasn't their fault), they worked with me and I am THRILLED with the results. They also coordinated with my stucco guys to get my sign reinstalled ASAP after we had to take it down to redo the stucco. They are courteous and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

They did a great job! Our new signs look amazing, we are so happy we went with Scott and his team at Signart. We highly recommend going with them.
