Terrible place to stay.Horrible service at the front desk.Rude workers.Never again!

My hotel room was supposedly cleaned before I checked in. The refrigerator had some unknown slime. The bathroom had a brown substance splattered all over the mirror. The pillows had no pillow cases and the bed had no fitted sheet. The grounds are pretty disgusting too with dog poop in the parking lot. I stayed here before and it was nice. It is just gross.

I can't give this place any lower than one star or I would! I paid for 2 weeks and could only stay one night due to the cigarette smell!! People are smoking all over that place! Balconies, inside rooms, parking lots. They have a no refund policy so it cost me 511.00 for one night. I called corporate and talked to a guy named Steve Sarrer who is accomplished at being courteously rude who refused to give me a refund. He offered me another room! None of their rooms are liveable for a non smoker!! Disabled smoke detectors, missing fire extinguishers, animal urine in the stairwell, dirty A/C vents, lots of noise, I could go on. Front desk people are nice! I'll get my money back. The Fire Marshal will be notified...

Terrible experience. Staff was unprofessional. No service. Crappy room. Noisy. No redeeming features.

where do i start? there are many false comments in hotwire and hotels.com about this place. i will just say, no ice, noblow dryer, no plates, cups, one towel for room, too many long term tenants making it awkward. good luck and enjoy your stay.

Came to visit a family member, and the things that I saw were really bad. They have an employee there, (not sure what he does) I think its maintenance, he is very rude, if you happen to look his way he'll actually call you out. Guests aren't allowed to stand outside their rooms to breath in fresh air, because its called loitering. And definitely not kid friendly cuz Ella the supervisor doesn't let them play outside. Be careful if you go to stay there cuz it's not a safe place at all.
