We came in to look at a specific ring to replace my previous wedding ring and it looked even better than the pictures! The service is impeccable and I appreciated getting my finger sized so we would get the right size for my ring.All the staff here clearly cares about the quality of your jewelry as well as your satisfaction. They really go above and beyond! I can't believe how wonderful they all have been and that I'm getting such a stunning piece! I never thought I would wear let alone own something so gorgeous!

I will be forever grateful to Elliott at Shelton Jewelers! He repaired my wedding ring so beautifully, I cried when I saw it. He is masterful in his design and repair and my ring has never looked better!! He is an amazing jeweler and an incredible person. You won't find a better one in ABQ.

I called Shelton this week because I needed my wedding set to be cut off. My finger was so swollen I couldn't do it myself. I was a bit nervous because I have an MRI so I had to get the ring off. A very nice young man named Elliott had me come over and would cut it off. The store went out of business but Elliott is starting his own and I can't remember the exact name but he kept Shelton in it.So while I was at it, I had another ring fixed, where I needed a tiny cz put in place. He fixed my ring within hours! And it is looks so pretty! I recommend the newly named Shelton Jewelers. Elliott is so nice snd will work with you for your jewelry needs.

I stopped by here Saturday on a whim after visiting another jeweler to inquire on watch repair. I had originally called the other jeweler prior to visiting in hopes of ensuring their capabilities of repairing the watch. They sounded promising on the phone but after arrival and inspection I was told that there was nothing they could do to fix it. Bummed, and not happy with the outcome I thought it best for me to get a second opinion on whether or it was really the end of the road for this watch. I remembered the name Shelton Jewelers and thought what the hey, they are a jeweler so they most likely do watch repair, I'll skip the call and just walk in. Their customer service was on point. There was someone to hold the door open for me as I walked up to the building. The gentleman was super kind and asked me what he could help me with today. He quickly directed me to a small counter towards the center of the store that handled their jewelry and watch repair. Hannah was manning the counter and was very pleasant to speak with. She took a moment to have the watch inspected and informed me that it could be repaired! Success! Yes, there would be a bit of a wait time, and a small cost but most importantly it could and would be fixed! I gladly agreed to the services. They are fixing the band and also removing a link for better fit on Swiss Legend. Several pins got damaged on both sides of the lug where the band connects. They are making me new pins for that. I feel confident that they will take good care of my watch and do a good job as well. If their workman's ship is anything like their customer service I know i have nothing to be concerned with.I look forward to picking up the repaired piece!

Excellent jeweler went there looking for a small gift for my daughter and found the perfect gift. The sales people there are extremely helpful and suggested the perfect gift. Very impressed with this local jeweler would recommend them to all my friends.

I live all the way in San Francisco, CA. I was in need of something specific, a gold Flounder necklace from the Enchanted Disney collection. After searching high & low, and everywhere in between out here in the Bay Area, I had no luck at being able to purchase this item for a member of my family (she's a huge Little Mermaid fan).After dealing with different department and jewelry stores, I figured maybe I should write an email to the Enchanted Disney company and see how else I can go about buying this specific necklace. The next day I received a call all the way from New Mexico. Barbara introduced herself to me and explained that her location carried the necklace I was looking for. Unfortunately, I didn't have the full amount to make a payment at the time to send for the necklace, but Barbara advised me that she could hold it for me for a week or so and that I could put a down payment on it to keep it secure. A couple weeks passed and I called back. Not only did Barbara remember me, but she also mentioned they still had the necklace which was wonderful news. We exchanged information and she kept me updated with any news involving my card info and when the order would be placed.The following day I got a call from Barbara telling me the latest update was that I would be receiving the necklace the following day! From payment to delivery, all it took was less than two days for the necklace to be mine!Speedy delivery aside, Barbara was helpful, patient, empathetic, courteous, and just all around amazing with all her help and expertise, to say the least. She even gift wrapped the necklace and sent a personalized note along with the package which made it even better.I wish I lived close by to thank Barbara in person for all that she did for me.I highly suggest that anyone looking for fine jewelry to please consider going to Shelton Jewelers before any of the name brand, mass produced, short staffed, general, and most of the time rude & impatient jewelry store options that are out there.

Haven't bought anything from Shelton Jewelers but we popped in a couple weekends ago (my first time, boyfriend had been several times) and it was a lovely experience. We were greeted when we walked in and they had a station with baked goods and fruit infused water at a couple different places in the store. A man helped us through the store even though he knew we were just window shopping and was polite and patient as we asked to try on different rings throughout the store. We finally stopped at the watch case, which is the real reason we went, to look at one of the nicer watches that my boyfriend wants to get himself for his 30th birthday and had a conversation with the guy helping us. Overall very pleasant experience and I would return next time we're in the market for some jewels.

Went in looking for a wedding band with my fiancé. Hannah helped us out and was extremely helpful and nice. She showed us all the different styles and what looked the best with my ring. She was very knowledgeable. She helped us find the perfect wedding band that went well with my solitaire. I love my ring and appreciate all her help! I'd definitely suggest going here for a beautiful variety of rings and jewelry.

It's Tuesday at 11:30am. Store hours say open, yet no one answers the door or answers the phone. Good way to lose a lot of business.

Racist. That's how I describe this place. Whatever the short guys name is who threw my grandfathers, who is Hispanic, watch at him and said you couldn't fix it then walked away without looking at him, and then helping another man who was white no problem and kissing his ass, you can bet you're getting this review. How dare you do that and in front of him. Oh btw another, much nicer jewelry men fixed the watch you said couldn't be fixed so thanks for that. I'd love to leave negative stars.
