SERVPRO of Rio Rancho is awesome! We had some mold that started to grow in the kitchen and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. The employees were extremely kind and considerate and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend this company for any restoration!

this company will blackball you faster than anybody else they sent myself in another technician to Florida to do hurricane relief efforts the two supervisors they sent out to maintain the jobs did literally nothing to help. They had us doing multiple industry related in fractions they had us ignore obvious hazards, and conduct work even when we were specifically told not to in specific scenarios. Then, when the other technician decided, we were ready to come home after two weeks and sitting through a second hurricane, they decided to blackball both of us blame all of us the two supervisors they had out managing us were drinking on the job drinking and driving one of them wrecked a rental vehicle , but somehow we were let go because we raised these concerns to our HR department and after violating our confidentiality with HR and then slandering our names in a companywide meeting. They decided to terminate us before two weeks, even though we both had retracted our two week notice due to being in a hostile work environment and under the rest and also no disciplinary action was taken on the marketing guy who totaled a rental car while drinking nor the field supervisor who told both of us in Florida that we should quit because he's quitting as soon as he comes back in a text message told me that if she was asked to divulge anything that I had discussed with her that she gladly would which is clear violation of HR policy. Don't trust any of the office staff because they will lie about estimates and bump your prices up so they could make a couple extra bucks. I have witnessed and help these things. They also pushed my coworker to have a heat stroke in Florida because they wanted to push him to the point that he wants to quit, that was stated to me by the owner and the marketing guy who was directing us to work harder and work longer

We requested a quote for washing the walls, ceilings and floors of an empty 1000 square foot residence. What we received was 36 pages including many items that we had not asked for and some that would properly be in the hands of a qualified construction contractor. Needless to say the cost greatly exceeded what I had expected.

Horrible customer service and marginally dishonest! Contracted with them for water damage to a home that flooded. After signing the contract, did not hear from them in weeks. Since I live in a different town, I provided them with a key to the house. They brought in a generator (there was electricity in the house). They never returned my calls regarding the progress of the work. They spoke only to the insurance adjuster. It took weeks for them to actually go to the property. They dropped off the generator and left. In the meantime, mold continued to grow throughout the house. The insurance adjuster asked them to perform an asbestos test. They said they did but never provided the results. I finally fired them! They did not return the key, filed a claim for over $3,000 directly with the insurance company, including the use and/or purchase of a generator, (I never saw the invoice before it was filed) and the insurance company processed the claim and sent a check with the payee as both the homeowner and some construction company (not ServPro). When I called ServPro, they said this was their legal name. That was news to me. I signed a contract with ServPro. Homeowner endorsed the check and mailed it to ServPro. ServPro is now claiming they did not receive payment, is calling and emailing daily! Telling anyone who answers the phone that they are going to file a lien on the property and threatening us with legal action. Beware of this company!!!

If I could give negative stars I sure would. Avoid this company!! They cause damage to neighbors homes when they are "onsite making repairs". I was a victim of this and now serve pro is refusing to replace my property that they damaged. Horrible customer service. Management promised multiple call backs and blew me off. I did not hire them, my neighbor next door hired them. My neighbor and I share a common wall. During demo the crew never came over to inform us of the demo schedule so we could remove items from our common wall. During the demo the crew hit our wall so hard appliances were knocked off my shelves on my laundry room. Two appliances were destroyed. My washer and dryer were dented and scratched. My laundry rack was ripped out of the wall, grooves were cut into my cabinets from the appliances that fell and a hole was put it the wall. The crew blocked my drive way, parked on my sidewalk and would use my drive way to load and unload equipment without my authorization. Left trash and cigarette butts in my yard and on my sidewalk. When the crew was confronted of the damage they wanted to barge into my home I told them no not without a supervisor present. They refused to call. I had to call management and file the complaint. A supervisor arrived the next day. Now 3 weeks later the owner is refusing to compensate us for the damage her crew caused. Use a more reputable company. A company with integrity. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
