Serious Grippage & Light

My production rented gear from them. I was VERY nervous renting gear as I prefer to own because EVERY single time I've rented gear from rental houses they've said things are broken even when I didn't use items or take them out of their cases. They always find something wrong to pad their pockets so I had a hard policy of owning all my own gear. Sadly we had a remote shoot and were forced to rent a few items last minute.Sure enough when my crew returned items they found things were "missing" and "damaged" even when I personally checked EVERY single item to ensure it was all in the same condition we rented it with. Sadly they are just like every other rental house-- they WILL find things wrong and missing even when they aren't.
