This is such a great hidden gem! Walked in to find a runner for our house and we were blown away. There are so many one of a kind and high end rugs. The staff was so kind and helpful even though this was out of our price range. If you are looking for a wow piece for your house I recommend coming here.

Wonderful selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Joe and Matthew were great to work with and helped me select some gorgeous tribal rugs. I also had the privilege to tour their washing and repair facility and it was world class. These guys know rug inside and out! Hope to return soon!

For many years, I have bought rugs from Serafians, have had them repair rugs--whether because age or dogs have taken their toll--and have had rugs cleaned at Serafians. The purchase prices range widely, so that there is always something I can afford, and they pick up and deliver rugs for cleaning and repairing. Couldn'T ask for anything better! They make it easy to do business with them.
