My experience at Señor Tortas took place at their pop-up at the Downtown Grower's Market. The carne asada burrito is absolutely delicious and plenty of food for two hungry people. The staff working the tent were all extremely friendly. Both my husband and I decided there is no need to visit chains like Chipotle ever again because this place is far superior!

Alright....I know you're probably drunk and/or stoned at the fairgrounds for a concert and you want some munchies.DO NOT EAT HERE!Food out of the dumpster would be better. I watched the cook try to give away a plate of cheese chips that had been sitting in the window for like at least 20 mins to anyone who ordered this dish, including me.Was given a meat burrito instead of a bean burrito. The cheese "fries" were weird sliced potatoes soaked in oil but not cooked or fried.I'm gonna be sick after eating this.

Update: I was sick all day. 1 star. It should come w/ a side of Pepto, a Costco tub o' baby wipes & an "I survived the torta!" shirt. That torta will, subsequently, take you on a day and a half ride you will want to get off, but cannot. I will be putting their flyer & coupons under the windshield wipers of those who park undeservedly in handicapped spaces. Call it a Karma-Assist

Tried their tacos at Downtown Growers' Market and while they are good, don't think they are 3 for $10 good. The carne asada was cooked well and very tasty, but the tortilla fell apart from the juices. Would like to see 2 tortillas per taco to hold up the ingredients better. I would say $8-9 would be more reasonable for 3 of these tacos.

Giving this place a 5 star review because my buddy won't try it with me unless the average review is 3 star.update (10/18/15): I ended up checking out this place by myself because I couldn't resist the wait... I really went into this with a positive attitude and hate saying that my "Friday lunch" would of been better off eating leftovers. I will leave it to the adventurer to get the next señor torta

Went to downtown grower's market & saw two lovely ladies making carne asada tacos & burritos. I bought two & they were huge...enough to share with a person. I thought $9 was pricey but once you bite into the burrito it is worth it!! They were amazing! Full of carne, rice, beans, onion, cilantro & salsa/pico!!! Very spicy pico/salsa. Best burrito I have had in awhile! I will definitely visit their restaurant on Louisiana!!!

The Senor Tortas mobile stand is awful. The beef burrito is full of fat and grissle. I was up all night with heartburn. They were the only food vendor at the concert I was at last night. I should have just had snacks.
