Had a system put in by them in our home and business. My first experience a few years ago went like this: "Had two appointments to get cameras serviced. The first time the installer didn't have a tall enough ladder and made an appointment the following week. No one showed up to that appointment. I left a message about being stood up and never received a return call. I called the next day and got lots of apologies...The cameras themselves are just "okay" for what we paid for them." Fast forward 5 years later...thought I would give them ANOTHER CHANCE...Recently called to upgrade our system and got put on hold. Receptionist then took my name and said someone would get back to me...NO ONE EVER CALLED. I decided to move on to "Professional Security Consultants Inc." after getting a recommendation from a fellow business owner. The service I am getting from them is like NIGHT AND DAY! Your loss Security Source.

What great service!! I worked with a young man named Jarred there who educated me on security cameras that actually provide a great quality image. No contract or monthly fee to use them and I couldn't be happier!! I would highly recommend others give this local company a chance to look at your security needs. Update: I couldn't believe the huge selection of safes this company has!!

Terrible service!! Zach confirmed appointment date and time to change the locks on my new home and to install a new security system. Did not show for appointment nor did he or anyone else from the office call to offer explanation. I called to ask what the issue was approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Receptionist presented as "annoyed" I was calling. Zach eventually called back stating he would be at my home between 3:00& 3:30 pm. He did not show nor did he call to let me know he was not available. Total waste of my time!! Would not recommend this company. Unprofessional and disrespectful!! Contacted another company received prompt and professional services Do not recommend using this company!!

I called for aquite and Lisa hung up on me when I asked if they can give us a quote today. It's only 11am I dont see why she got so upset by that question and that was very unprofessional of her.

Terrible! Wanted cameras for our home. Zach came down and looked at our property to see what needed. He was supposed to give us an estimate. Never did. I even called and asked for the estimate. He said he was working on it. What a waste of time! Don't waste your time with this business!

I had no issues with this business at all. I worked with Zach throughout the process. I had a safe delivered to them from another company (check out Sturdy Safe!) and then they delivered and installed it at my home. This safe was 2030lbs - a beast for sure! But the 2-man install crew (Phil L and Tom S) did a great job and positioned the safe precisely where I wanted it. They also installed shims underneath the safe to make sure that it didn't wobble and to make sure that the door didn't have a "run" in it (i.e. continues to fall open or close after the door has been stopped by the user). I was very pleased by the service. Phil L was especially helpful in showing me how to wire the safe for power, showing me how to operate the combo lock, and ensuring that the safe was in the exact spot I wanted before they left. Awesome! And also, according to my research, this is the only safe company in the entire city of Albuquerque/Rio Rancho that can/will move a safe that is this large and this heavy - so they are basically your only option for something like this. That said, I thought the price was fair and reasonable considering how insanely heavy and dangerous it was to move a safe of this size. I can't speak for any of their other services/products but as far as safe installation goes I highly recommend. A+ Thanks!

Just moved to ABQ. I have a big safe 1050lb to bring with me. I met with the shop in PHX that I bought the safe from, they packed it up safely and put it in the back of a UHaul truck. Made an appointment with Security Source for Monday 4/9 at 8:00am to take the safe from back of the truck into our home here in ABQ. Their installer called me at 8:30 just to tell me that they were on their way. When they got to our house they said that they didn't know how to take the safe from back of the uhaul truck since safe was laid down on its back. They start asking ME how they did that in PHX. After explaining it to them they took it down and took it in. All is fine to this point before I got a call from Security Source that they need to charge me additional $50 because safe was on its back. He said that safe should have been standing up next to the truck wall. What? I traveled 500 miles away and they wanted me to put 1000 pound of safe against the wall? That would have roll over the truck. After arguing with them that first of all they were charging me $394 ($200 more than the guys in PHX)just to move the safe from the truck into a first level house and they were late an hour he said that they would call it even. Wow, very professional!!!!!! I was planing of purchasing another safe but now I would never do business with these guys ever again. Safe your time and money call Somebody else.
