The young woman was super kind to me and let me use the restroom even though it was claimed to be broken. They turned the water on for me, I'm 26 weeks pregnant so I was extremely grateful! When I exited the bathroom I got dirty looks and questioned by an older lady who was anything but kind. She stared me down and made me feel guilty for getting permission, and the bathroom worked perfectly. I also had my baby with me too so it was just completely unnecessary. I felt so uncomfortable like she was watching me the entire time which frankly ruined my experience. I won't be back... As for the selection, I liked the house portion with the glassware, some prices were decent, but the clothing portion in the back was overpriced. Maybe if the customer service was better I'd give it another shot but to be honest,It wasn't worth it. I felt very unwelcome.

Horrible service! Showed up 10 min until closing- received bad looks. Lady then told me she closes the register in 2 min so she can leave exactly at 4. Clearly don't want business. Don't bother- all junk.

Secondhand treasures thrift store is one of the best in the area. They have really nice items at good prices. Nice clothes, even some designer clothes. They sell jewelry menswear, linens and they even have a whole room just for Christmas Items. The profits go to animal rescue. This makes it even more worthwhile to shop here.

Poor service. I pulled into the parking lot the lady saw me. She closed and lock her doors it was 10 am. I didn't even make it in the doors but I won't be back.

In this area from Texas to visit with my son and his family. Stopped by this shop yesterday, an outstanding place for anything you may want or need! All items donated and the profit goes to animal rescue; how awesome is that? The staff is friendly, the place is well organized, just a great experience.

AARRFF! ARF! In the good ol' Bunkhouse Building comes a new and welcome business. This one is a charity disguised as a thrift shop! The items you chose to donate or buy here go to benefit the Southwest Animal Rescue Fund, Inc. A great cause that is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of homeless animals in New Mexico. Think about giving some good stuff here instead of suffering through another yard sale to help a good cause. Inside, you may meet Nancy. A straight shooting gal who can give you all the info you want to know about the place. This is a tough one to review since the stuff I see this week won't be the same stuff you see in a few weeks. (At least we hope it moves that quickly) The items are the usual you'd expect; dishes, clothes, lamps and lots of treasures. There was no direct phone line to the store when I was there, but you can get all the info you need from the website. The number listed is the Rescue Info Line.In the end they get 5 stars because it's a fun place and it's a charity! I didn't list them under that because I couldn't find it but if you know how, then please do!Go there, take stuff or buy stuff. Help animals. Feel good. Simple.

I love this store! They used to be more at the start of corrales but had to change locations. Honestly the new location is even better. They have 2 buildings the front one which you have to enter from the back is mainly like household goods, books etc is the more fun of the two buildings to explore. The back is mainly clothing and jewerly and is where they have the only register to check out. Hands down on of the cleanest thrift stores i have ever been in. You will always find staff/voulenteers cleaning or organizing items.I've always found the staff friendly and helpful. Need help getting things down or carried over from the other building their on it quick. Have donations their outside helping you without question. Everything they have is donated which is amazing because all the stuff they have. Some is more pricy than others but you have to think what the item is and the value. They do not budge on lowering prices because all their sales go to help animals which is understandable.Stop by and check them out. It's always fun and it's always changing when I go.

I have shopped here for years. My experience is hit and miss as far as enjoyable. One volunteer regularly gate keeps the jewelry display and is quite unpleasant to me Every.Time. I collect jewelry for myself and certain family and friends. I always find something nice but there are times I leave feeling insulted. As a woman of color, it's disturbing that I have to leave feeling like I just stepped back into the 1950s. The staff are generally nice and they do have great stuff just be aware the atmosphere can come off as elitist.
