After buying a gown at a National Bridal store, I was in a bind because they couldn't do any alterations for 4-6 weeks. Luckily I found Mansureh, the owner of Seams And Sew On in Albuquerque.It was easy to she just how knowledgeable she was as she answered my many questions and also offered helpful suggestions. An added bonus was that Mansureh was very pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. My gown was altered and ready in days instead of weeks and expertly tailored. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Seams And Sew On.

I took my wedding dress to another seamstress and she completely ruined it. 10 days prior to my wedding we took it here to Mansureh and she fixed it and now it's perfect! There was so much work that had to re done and she did it beautifully. She was so kind and generous. I will never take another dress anywhere else. I think it's safe to say she literally saved my wedding day!

We discovered this hidden treasure through a friend. Let me tell you she is a fabulous kept secret. After our experience at the seamstress we were sent to in Texas (thank you Yelpers!). We found this artist by word of mouth. We then researched her and were pleased by her reviews.So here we went to her. Aside from being an absolutely fascinating woman she knew her stuff. She walked us through exactly what she would do to every inch of the dress. All of her alterations were very detailed. Upon our return visit everything was precisely as she said it would be. No further work needed. Now if you want quality work this is your seamstress, she is worth every cent. If you don't want to pay her price, live on the edge and risk what you might end up with. My daughter looked stunning and enjoyed her day walking down the aisle, dancing and making her day a dream come true

She worked quickly and for a very reasonable fee. She was the personal seamstress and embroiderer for Jackie O and worked with Liza Minnelli and Cher. If it's good enough for them. . . It was lovely. My bridal gown was worked on so efficiently. She's meticulous. If you want someone who is highly overqualified, she's your woman.

I received nothing but amazing service from Seams and Sew On. From the moment I walked in she was friendly and took excellent care of my dress. She listened to exactly what I wanted my wedding gown to look like and made sure it fit me perfectly. I would absolutely go see her again for any future needs.

Mansureh is wonderful at what she does! She was able to fix my bridesmaids dress is under a week! It fits perfect! She really knows what she is doing and I would fully trust her with any clothes you have!

Im just getting to the point in my life where I have friends who are getting married so it's safe to say I haven't been to many weddings. This was the first time I was in a wedding where I had to get alterations so I was so nervous and lost as to where to begin on finding a seamstress. My first instinct is ALWAYS to check Yelp, and seeing that Seams and Sew on has the best ratings, I gave Mansureh a call. She works out of her home which may sound a bit weird at first but it was so much more personal and comfortable than I imagined it would be. She pinned my dress and let me know it would be ready within A WEEK within 20 minutes. I ended up staying for about 45 minutes just talking and hearing stories about work Mansureh has done throughout her life. She is absolutely perfect at her craft and really is such a gem we are lucky to have in Albuquerque. Keep in mind, she only does bridal dresses. I will always recommend her in the future and come for future alterations if needed.

I could not recommend a seamstress more & I'm so grateful to have found her. She completed my bridesmaid dress in maybe 15 minutes from try on to putting the dress back in my hands. She altered my best friend's wedding dress and it was amazing. The bustle on the wedding dress was pure magic and I can't wait to bring my wedding gown to her next year.
