Scott was super responsive, diagnosed and fixed a very unusual problem with our microwave, and saved us money by not just ordering a very expensive part (that at first seemed to be broken) before double checking his technician's work (turned out we didn't need it!)He also was very conscious that we could just potentially buy a new microwave for less than we could repair it for, and told us he wouldn't charge us for the diagnostics/consultation if we did that (in fact, he recommended us just replacing it if we had to buy that part).I'm also not sure why another review said that Scott was inconsiderate. He fit us in with a next day appointment, showed up within the time window he had stated, and in fact called when he was on his way. He was very matter of fact on the phone, which I appreciated. I also really enjoyed speaking with him when he was here-- he was very professional, walked us through what he was doing, and even showed my husband a few easy diagnostic things in case a similar problem happens again. Overall, we're often really hesitant to hire repair people because a lot of time it seems like they don't know what they're doing (or at least, not more than my husband, who can fix minor things) and they're going to try to charge as much as possible for doing as little as possible. Scott is nothing like that. We will absolutely use Scott's Mobile Technical Services again if we have a broken appliance-- and we won't hesitate to call next time!

Really?This man may be okay repairing appliances but he is ARROGANT and INCONSIDERATE of the clients he serves.His parting words upon saying I needed a part for an appliance was "Don't call me, I'll call you"Really? Wow, what an important man!!! Not!Second, he phoned the NIGHT BEFORE to say he had the part and wanted to replace it in the a.m. The night before? Then, he gave me a time he would be there and as of this writing he has already blown past it by an hour with no call.This guy is only okay if you NEED to have him service your appliance due to a warranty issue. He needs some humble pie.
