He arrived over 30 minutes late to our first scheduled appointment and almost an hour late to the second appointment. It's been a month and the locks need to be installed correctly. They are a fire harassed. Some are even installed upside down. The crazy thing about the guy is I wasted over an hour of my time waiting for him and then he wanted to charge me more than we agreed to before I asked him to return and do the work. I said I did not have an issue but wanted to see the work and asked him to call me back the day. The work was bad and he never called me back.\If you think I have the wrong company I will notify Visa that the charge is not valid. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN. Scott responded quickly. Installed two locks expertly. Nice person to work with. I will use him again!

While shopping around for someone to program a replacement key fob, I called Scott who told me that he wouldn't be available until 2 days later and gave me a quote. I told him I would be in touch if I elected to go with him. I decided to go with another locksmith because he could come out the same day and was cheaper. Turned out programming my key was a bit more complicated and took a bit more work to diagnose and fix. The next day Scott called me to attempt to solicit my business but I told him I had already selected a locksmith. He asked how much my guy charged. I refused to answer but the price was much better than the one he quoted. He continued to ask and ask and I continued to refuse. He then said that he had an idea who it was and that I should be careful because the person he mentioned "was struggling for business and that's why the price was so low". Needless to say, I ended the call. I paid the locksmith I selected Scott's price with a little more. I told my locksmith about this and he said that Scott (not so nice name) that's notorious for doing stuff like that.

I contacted Scott about a key-and-ignition related issue and immediately got answers about my problem. Very quick response time, excellent customer service, and now I'm driving around happily. Highly recommended.

Broke my car key fob - shattered it. Scott Replied quickly to my call. He needed to get a part but got it in just a couple days. Came to my house - and reset the new fob and even repaired the old one. Amazing service. His fees are also less than half of what Toyota quoted me. Highly recommend

Scott is my go to key fabricator in it he Albuquerque area. Prices are very reasonable and he takes great pride in providing great customer service. Scott has always made the extra effort to work around my schedule when I am in need of of keys.

I had posted a very bad review for Scotts . Turned out he was trying to save me money on fixing my old lock. His father had passed and he was in the process of getting back to me to see if the project was ok. My talking to him as he was arranging his fathers funeral was not good on my part. He called the next day to see if all was well. He came and installed new lock no charge,and while he was fixing my lock he was arranging funeral arrangements for family. Great job, highly recommend.

when asked for an additional house key he sent me an uncut blank of a different brand than the ones he just installed in the entire house when i called about he told me i was uptight and should seek counseling - WTF?
