I really wanted to love the cannoli cake, as I'm a Long Island native. It was way too sweet. I'd like to try something else but afraid I'll be disappointedThey are very friendly.

Delicious sweet pastries for whatever you feel like. The ricotta cookies are on point. There are several seasonal frosted cookies and even a gluten free flourless chocolate pastry. Hard to go wrong with friendly helpful staff and delicious sweet treats.

I ordered a Tiramisu cake on a Tuesday with a pickup date of Saturday mid-morning. I was given a frozen cake (no one of course even mentioned to me that it was frozen) and didn't have enough time to thaw it before it was needed to be served that same day. I am incredibly disappointed given how expensive the cake was. The cake eventually thawed out leaving a watery mess everywhere because of how much moisture was trapped inside. Ultimately the cake tasted good a day after I actually needed it.

We chose Saratori's for our wedding cake after seeing them at the wedding expo. The samples they provided at the expo absolutely blew other cakes out of the water!From the tasting (one of my favorite memories of wedding planning, as the staff was so friendly and the options were all so delicious!) to the customer service all the way to the delivery, Saratori's made it very easy for us for the entire duration of the process.My husband loved that Saratori's tasted just like the Italian bakeries from back home in NYC.I cannot recommend this place enough. We were so impressed with the quality of the cake that we want to have Saratori's for any birthday or other cake related event in the future too!Thank you so much for a great experience.

Absolutely love my beautiful experience from Saratori's Pastry Shop :) was looking for a Italian bakery in the ABQ area to make a authentic traditional "Cassata" cake for my husbands birthday and so glad I remembered "Saratori's". From the exceptional customer service from "Johnny" to the heavenly full-flavored taste of the custom "Cassata" cake ~~~Pure Bliss!!Saratori's is a charming & unique Italian Pastry Shop run by wonderful people who offer a variety of Italian Dolci who can custom create anything you like especially when it comes to "Cassata, Cannoli or my Biscotti love! "Excellent desserts." Walked in here wasn't expecting much but I was definitely wrong. Coming from a New York background with the "deli lifestyle" this brought me right back home. Let me start by saying the staff is super nice and helpful with what to get, always a plus. All the dessert cookies were incredible with their flavor. The cannolis were out of this world, brought me right back home with its richness and crunchy outer layer. Will definitely be coming back.

The quality of baked goods is solid. There's a terrific variety. I love the myriad of biscotti flavors. There are super fun sugar cookies, like Pokémon designs and holiday cookies. Currently, there are pumpkin cannolis (I prefer the standard cannolis). If you are having a party or are just bonkers for cannolis, you may want to consider getting the giant cannoli shell stuffed with a gaggle of regular cannolis. Check your order thoroughly, though. I have had my orders prepared wrong. My last visit, I requested three types of cookies. I got three different types of cookies, but two of them were wrong. And I repeated my order, so I'm not sure what the deal was there. There's inside seating but I don't think it's available because the bakery is not left open. Every time I've been there, I have to go to the deli a few doors down and then they send someone to open the bakery.

BEST...CANNOLI...EVER... (And I grew up in an area of NY with Italian Bakeries everywhere-get the chocolate dipped, you'll be glad you did). Love the lemon cookies and beautiful and tasty cakes, also. Johnny and his staff do an amazing job!

I really love this little Italian bakery and all if it's cozy ambience. Saratori's makes you feel like you walked right through a portal of a bakery shop in little Italy , NYC. They carry a satisfying dessert and pastry. Authentic Italian fare for sure. One thing I wish and it's this... that they would actually use a real chocolate for their chocolate dipped cannoli; rather than a oil that looks like chocolate. It's a chocolate imposter. Their pies are delicious but over the top expensive. In fact everything is a bit pricey, but if you're willing to pay the price, it certainly will be worth the trip. Really the only glitch is the waxy/ oily chocolate dip for the chocolate dip cannoli. It's my estimation that anything that has chocolate dipped or drizzle, is that chocolate imposter. I'm a self proclaimed chocolate connoisseur and my taste buds reject the fake stuff. The regular shell with the cannoli filling is insanely epic. If that's a thing. Their house made biscotti is to die for and they have an abundant selection, my favorite being the Salted caramel with toasted almonds. Heaven. There's nothing like dipping that Salted caramel biscotti in my favorite coffee drink. It's the best. When you do go in, be specific about how the counter help packs your items. They have a tendency to put everything you order in the same bag. Sometimes things need to be packed in a box so your items don't get broken and smashed. I mean, we're paying a lot of money, you know? In any case... give this place a try. Don't blink or you'll pass right by it. They have a tasty deli too.

This bakery was fantastic! They created such a fabulous amaretto engagement cake for us darn near last minute. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after closing. The person I spoke with on the phone assured me they were willing to accommodate my situation. I was so stressed when I got there, as I hate to be late. The person at the counter was basically serving as a psychologist at that point :) I got my cake and was on my way. We were able to have it the next day after the engagement and it far exceeded my expectations. Don't let the storefront fool ya. This was such a wonderful cake and tasted just as amazing. Thank you again for making my son's day special.
