I called Sarah's out to the house to fix my oven which hasn't been working properly for several years. It turns out the igniter was bad and needed to be replaced.When I called to make the appointment I was clearly told what the service call fee would be and that any additional repairs or services would cost extra. My repair ended up costing about what I thought it would and included the service fee so the service fee was incorporated into the price, not a separate charge above and beyond. I got a reminder email which was really helpful and I was able to request that their technician wear a mask in my home. There were no complaints or problems with it at all. In fact, Parker, the technician was on time, personable, knowledgeable, and really willing to explain what was going on with the oven, in detail. He also gave me a call before coming over just to make sure that I was home and it was a good time.If you need any kind of appliance repair, I highly recommend calling Sarah's. I feel that they are fair, knowledgeable, and very professional. You will know exactly what you're in for before you are charged anything. I will definitely be using them again should I have any additional appliance issues.

I called the company and they scheduled me right away despite my problem not being an emergency. Not only did they arrive on time both times they had to come (1 assessment, 1 visit for the actual repair after they got the obscure part).I was delighted with the level of service, the professionalism, and the time they took to make sure the job was done right. This level of care and consideration was extremely good to see.Thomas V. was exceptionally patient and careful with the job (and comfortable with my dog). He also went over ways to increase my oven's longevity and how to care for my oven when I asked for advice.I was delighted with the skill, talent, and speed with which they addressed my problem. I will be calling them first when I have problems with my appliances.

This is my third contact with Sarah's, and each has been professional, with a skilled tech who repaired the unit, a dryer this time (Dishwasher and washer in the earlier visits), by performing a thorough diagnosis and doing precisely the work required to complete the repair. I will certainly call them the next time I need work.

If you need an appliance repaired Sarah's is the business to contact. The friendly services begins when you call to schedule your appointment through your in home visit from the technician. The entire staff is polite and knowledgeable. I have been using Sarah's for years and will always recommend them. I have had Sarah herself to my home and two of her technicians for separate issues. Most recently Thomas did our dryer vent cleaning and serviced our oven. Both of these appliances are nearly 20 years old and working like rock stars. Jason came out and worked on our ice maker and saved me from hot beverages. Thanks to everyone from the office staff who were not only friendly but accommodating during our isolation. The technicians with both courteous and professional.

Our 4 year old LG refrigerator was not cooling properly. I had called a different repair company and they did not tell me that the parts that needed replacing were under warranty-they were going to charge for parts and labor. I called Sarah's for a second opinion and the tech that came out was so knowledgeable. He found the problem, checked availability of parts, verified it was under warranty and they will take care of contacting LG and handling the repairs. I am so happy to find a company like that. Some parts have to be ordered so I will be reviewing again once the work has been done but so far I am thrilled and would recommend them to anyone. I should have read some reviews before I called the first company-live and learn.

The repairman was super nice, knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me because I was a woman. I know enough about refrigerators to know that I probably needed some major parts replaced and I knew I wouldn't be able to do it myself, and the repairman was able to quickly confirm my suspicions. I didn't feel scammed at all. He showed me the problem, gave me his honest opinion, and then he gave me some recommendations moving forward. I hope I never need to call them again, but if I ever have a broken appliance, I will definitely call them to fix it.

I had a leak in my washer so I called Sarah's. A nice service guy came out and said that it probably needed new parts which he replaced them for a total of $500 plus price. Two days later when I tried to wash clothes , water was pouring out of the top of the washer. I asked for them to come out and check it out, they refused and said that for another $131 they could fix it. I do not see how they could tell what was wrong with my washer over the phone. i would not recommend Sarah's Appliances to any one. I should have bought a new washer instead.

I paid over $300 to get a dryer repaired. They sent a young technician (who did not appear to know anything about this particular dryer). After his second visit, he tried to convince me that the dryer was working. It was not. When I asked them to come a 3rd time, they told me I would be charged again for a service call and of possible further charges if something else needed to be repaired. Do not trust this company. Their technicians don't have the skill and knowledge to diagnose dryer problems.
