Santa Fe Tow

I have AAA and I requested to have this tow Company get my car and tow it appropriately 30 miles. Got a call a few minutes before they were to come and they said they don't tow that far. They said they would let AAA know and I would be contacted. AAA-kept sending them the request to come tow me and each time they would send it back. Hours later I am still waiting. How can a company who is through AAA limit the mileage that a customer request and if they do they should have AAA know that. After calling the tow company they were of no help and told me to call AAA.

Santa Fe Tow to the rescue. Called 3 places before we could get someone to come tow our car. Carlos was on time, professional and took awesome care of our baby! These guys are professional, courteous and safe when it comes to your car.

We had a flat tire, and our spare had no air in it either. AAA dispatched Mike from Santa Fe Towing to tow us to a Discount Tire. Mike arrived in 15 or 20 minutes and offered to fill up the spare and change the tire for us, so we wouldn't have to use up a AAA tow. We gratefully accepted. He had it all done in no time, was very friendly, and gave us advice on getting the tire repaired. Very happy with the service.

These guys are efficient and amazing. My truck battery died and I realized this at 6am when I was trying to get to my job as an inpatient RN downtown. The first driver (called via AAA) was here in 20 minutes and jumped my battery in about 2 seconds and moved his truck immediately so I could race to work and clock in JUST in time. He told me to get a new battery (mine was at least 7 years old) so I used AAA battery service on my next day off and the driver was here and battery installed in about an hour total. Very professional, very quick and straightforward.

Up from 2 stars, I'm giving Santa Fe Tow new review from a new perspective. My Jeep needed a tow to a shop on a Saturday at 4pm. Within an hour of calling AAA, George Torres appeared with a nice new flatbed tow truck. He was polite, kind, and completely professional. The truck was modern and comfortable. I rode with him to Pep Boys. He gave me advise on how to handle the front desk at the shop. Thanks GeorgeA much improved experience compared the last driver, today showed how a tow service can make a difficult day better.

Shae got to my house really fast after calling AAA for a flatbed tow. He was very efficient and courteous.

I'm from Northern California here on vacation but my friend locked her keys in her car so I called AAA. AAA gets ONE STAR but I will deal with that later. Santa Fe tow came and got the key out of my friends car. If you are one of those enthusiastic maskers, you'll be happy to know that the tow truck driver was wearing a mask - woo hoo. I didn't get his name but he was so awesome. I give Santa Fe Tow 5 STARS - if you need help call Santa Fe Tow.

My car broke down and this Tow company was so responsive. My call was answered quickly and I was told someone would be there within the hour. Someone came within 15 to 20 minutes. Mike Brown was the tow truck operator and he was so kind and helpful!

On the evening of November 6 the battery in my car died. It was the second time that day even though the battery tested good, just low. I called AAA and they sent Santa Fe Tow. The guy got there quickly and jumped my battery in the snow. I told him why I thought the battery kept draining and he did a few tests on it. He talked to me about what the tests showed. He was so nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

Just called Santa Fe Towing, shopping for a quote to transport my vehicle across town. Website says open 'til 7pm, I called at 425pm. Young guy (I assume) that answered the phone did not identify the business and was neither friendly nor informative. I grew weary quickly of his monosyllabic answers so I offered an insincere "Thank you and goodbye." I guess they do not need the business.... So, my recommendation is take your business elsewhere!
