Santa Fe Granite

I was very excited to work with Santa Fe Granite; I went to the showroom, picked out two remnants for use in my bathroom remodels, and had them held for fabrication and installation. Two weeks later (and keep in mind, I offered to purchase them at the time they were held), I was called to say that they 'mistakenly sold them' with nothing more than a hollow apology. No offer to find another piece, no reduction in price to continue to work with them, and the owner refused to call me to explain how this happened. Now, they've set me back two weeks with my reno. I would STRONGLY urge you to look elsewhere, there are many granite fabricators in town that are more reputable to work with.

I purchased my kitchen counter top granite and my master bathroom counter top granite from Santa Fe Granite. I love the granite and dealing with Phil who is a super nice guy. I had no problems with my kitchen granite. It looks great. I had to pick out 3 different types of granite for my master bathroom as they dropped and broke my first two selections. This did not effect me cost wise, but time wise, I had to return to their store and make another selection. They made up for this by allowing me to select a premium grade remnant and charged me the same price as the lesser grade of granite that I had previously selected. They installed the counter top and it looks great. I highly recommend this company and should I need additional granite I will certainly visit them again. An added bonus is that they are located about a block from Arizona Tile.

Santa Fe Granite just installed my new kitchen counters. They were a wonderful company to work with. From Phil asking us to come pick out the specific slab of the pattern I chose to the final details I couldn't be more please. We had a misunderstanding about the final installation, our fault not theirs, and they couldn't have been kinder about changing and explaining their reasoning. Again a wonderful company to work with. I would highly recommend them.
