Sandra's New Mexican Restaurant

Sandra's..... OH MY GOOD LORD.... Sandra's... they are usually closed on my days off... so we had managed to miss getting over there... but my days off changed so we got the chance to try it out.... All I can say is.... WOW! It was lunch time when we went. It was packed inside...We decided to do take out and our order was ready in a matter of minutes. Though it was small in there it was warm and well packed. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was like mom and grandma make and it was so hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. This may very well be my new favorite spot to frequent. Cannot give enough stars for this!

I haven't been to your restaurant in awhile but wow, your food is still very good. Customer service is always great and the food is great too. Thank you, I definitely will recommend and return.

My friend brought some posole over and stuff Sopaipilla yesterday. Just the right amount of spice and flavor that posole had yummy ! Red chili had excellent spice and flavor ! We be going back

This place is probably one of the best in town , at least here the food is edible, this is definitely a place I would eat at again. I'm actually an out of towner and was trying every restaurant in town and this place turned out to be one of the best .

My friends have told me to try this place for a while now. Today I stopped in. Had the chile cheese omelette. Not as good as my favorite place makes, but still good. I ordered hash browns which were ok, but the papitas looked good. The sour dough toast came out really dark and they served it that way! Really nice and friendly service. Staff was efficient. I ordered water to drink and she came by frequently to refill my glass. I always appreciate that! Next time I will try the breakfast burrito!Red chile another important ingredient. The red was lacking for my taste. No flavor or spice. I will admit I like my red HOT, so take this based on what I am used to. Each has their preference.

Good food,good service.The eternal New Mexican menu, but done perfectly and with lots of sopapillas.

The food is decent and the wait staff is friendly. The menu is very typical for Belen and includes all the standard New Mexican faire. Overall it's a good meal at a good price.

We stopped by Sandra's after my son's taekwondo tournament and are from out of town. There were six adults and eight children (9-11 yrs old). We were welcomed right away and seating was found for all of us. Everyone loved their meals. My son had a chicken sandwich with fries. My wife and I had Mexican combination plates. My red enchiladas were rich in flavor and not too spicy. They had enough spice to give them a super taste. The sopaipillas were a wonderful dessert, freshly made and served with honey. Cinnamon sopapillas were also available but we all chose plain. The service was great and so were the prices. We will definitely stop by next time we visit Belen.

Very delicious food the waitresses are very nice and we have good service the tacos the beans the tostadas and chips

Breakfast burrito is my fave! Bf likes the menudo and you really can't go wrong with a drive thru on a Sunday morning
