Wheel on the right wheel further back than other side.
This is exactly how they were when I pulled over and found out about the wheel.
Bent spindel
The rim from Not tightening the Lugnuts
Wheel in the left too close to front of wheel well
Again look at the wheel on the right. look how close the wheel well the tire is!
Get it in writing!
M&J Signs - What a beautiful trailer!!

I ordered a trailer from James Davis at Sandia Trailer Sales by email on September 24, 2023 and gave them a $1000 deposit with my credit card by telephone. James Davis promised it would be delivered by the end of October. On November 1st I contacted James Davis again, because I'd heard nothing, and the promised delivery date had passed. He said the trailer would now be shipped to them on November 15th. I contacted James Davis again on November 21st and he said the trailer would now be shipped to them on November 27th. So, I told James Davis to cancel the order, and asked for my deposit to be refunded. James Davis told me he would only agree to refund half of my deposit. I reminded him that he promised to deliver the trailer by the end of October, and he asked if I'd gotten that in writing. Well, yes as a matter of fact I did get it in writing. It is in the attached email from James Davis. Despite all of this, James Davis still refused to refund my deposit, and told me I was annoying, and had always been annoying. How pathetic. I've contested the charge with my credit card company to secure a full refund. I really don't like how they do business here.

I hate to even give this place one star. I took my trailer to them to get an axle fixed. They put a new axle on, they did not tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. I did not know this! However I found out two hours later down the highway! I called them immediately they said they would reimburse me for all of it I had to spend in order to fix their mistake. While getting the wheel fixed I found out they installed the axel incorrectly. They installed it crooked and too close to the front of the wheel well. When I got to my destination I found out that due to the wheel having not been tightened it caused the spindle on the axle to bend. When I called to let them know this. I talked to the manager James. He refused to fix it! He talked to me very rude and condescending. They have refused to reimburse me for the original wheel and tires and repair that I had to do, and they refused to fix their other mistakes! JAMES the manager is a horrible individual to try to work with. I took the trailer to be fixed by the people who built the axel & they said it was installed incorrectly! Before all this, I was considering buying a trailer from them... However after all this, I called a different company and got a trailer custom-made from Trailers2go4less. I spent $16,000 on my new trailer. It's a shame that they didn't want that business! I wouldn't let them fix Tonka toy! If you take your trailer to get fixed at Sandia trailers. Do not expect quality work. And if it's not done correctly do not expect reimbursement! They will not give it...

This review is for their Service. In the early opening hour on Thursday 12/23/21 we pulled up in a 2020 Kia Telluride towing our Jayco Microfeather 166S and just finished over 600 miles from Nevada. The Hitch which the RV dealer installed got bent. We noticed it at a gas stop, but when we stopped for the night in the Edgewood Walmart we noticed the bend got worse! In the morning We went to Mountain Eagle RV Repair and they directed us to Sandia Trailer. They were sympathetic and helped us get a much better hitch AND since that hitch didn't have an anti-sway ball, they welded a bracket and added the anti-sway ball. They went above and beyond in their service. I wasn't even sure they would be opened but it turns out they were only opened for a half day. They came to our rescue! Now the drive is night & day of a difference!!! They didn't even charge us for labor. May YAHUAH bless and keep them, may YAHUAH make His face shine upon them, may YAHUAH lift up His countenance towards them and give them shalom!

Horrible customer service if I could give zero stars I would of! We ordered a customized enclosed trailer on January 8th and paid a deposit that day. We told James Davis the sales man we are using this trailer for a move up to Alaska at the end of March. He said it would take 6-8 weeks for the trailer to come in. Great, it would be here by the middle of March. On February 6th we received a email to confirm the blue prints. (why 4 weeks after the initial order? Is this the date he actually put the order in? Did this cause the delay?) Well It took almost 12 weeks for the trailer to come in. I understand that things get delayed, and plans change. However we received no customer service. Not once did we receive a call from James giving us a update. My husband had to call him weekly. I would think once 8 weeks hit they would let us know of the delay. Finally we were were told it would be here Friday March 29th. We called to confirm everyday that week and on Friday they said it changed to Saturday March 30th sometime after 3pm. We had to delay our move, request more time off and change flights for family members helping us get up there. If James would of confirmed and been honest with us about the delay we would of pushed the move back. Once we picked up the trailer the manager helped us, he was very friendly and apologized for the horrible customer service. However stated that the manufacturer doesn't communicate very well. If this is something they already know why wouldn't they tell us that up front? Instead having us call first every single time. The manager then confirmed that we didn't want a spare tire. Once again James Davis screwed up. We had told him in the past we wanted a spare, we had even told him at noon the day the trailer came in that we wanted one. So of course a tire wasn't ordered and they had to find one quickly that would work for our trailer. I have two family members looking for new trailers and they will not be going to Sandia trailer.

In my move to Albuquerque, I decided to bring along a utility trailer with the assurance from Morey and James (multiple e-mails and calls) that they could sell my trailer (on consignment) for $600. After their 15% commission, I would net $510. I drive the 35 miles from my new home to Sandia Trailer only to have James say, 'I want to buy the trailer from you for $300'. He went on to explain that it wasn't worth it to him to sell it the consignment route, as he would not make as much money. His words were something like, 'I'm in business to make money'.Well, you made NO money from me due to your business practice.

Bought a brand new 2015 Elite 3 horse aluminum gooseneck horse trailer in Texas. Bought an Adco cover for the Elite from SANDIA TRAILER SALES IN NEW MEXICO. The Adco cover ripped in less than a month & left black smudges all over the aluminum trailer, which has never even had a horse in it. Maury, the owner of SANDIA TRAILER SALES, took no ownership in the damage to the brand new trailer. Maury was, in fact, a rude, misogynistic, pig. He referred us to Adco, the trailer cover manufacturer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SANDIA TRAILER SALES. So I have a brand new unused trailer that needs to be acid washed at my expense. A CURSE ON ALL ASSOCIATED WITH SANDIA TRAILER SALES.

Bought a brand new H&H aluminum trailer arrived with 2 different fenders. Than the tires blew up on the side with the smaller fenders. Hydraulic hose was incorrectly installed and was rubbing on the frame. Fender brackets broke off after first couple times using it. Sandia trailers told me to call the manufacturer! Stay away from this place, take your business somewhere else.

WORST EVER!!! They worked on my wife's trailer. First, they said they fixed the axel, however the welded it on crooked. It was 3 inches off. Secondly, they didn't tighten the lug nuts on the wheel. After about 15 miles my wife felt and saw the trailer swaying back and forth. The wheel and lug bolts and nuts were destroyed, plus the tire was ruined. Once she got that fixed the technician notice the axle was put in crooked. She called James (Manager) and told him about the axel plus the wheel. He treated her like she was just a DUMB WOMAN THAT DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT! I called James myself and he was unbelievable!!! He was rude, condescending, and a smarta**!!! I told him that I didn't want to get the Attorney General involved by filing a formal complaint. His response was "Do you want me to look up his number for you" Wow!!! I couldn't believe he said that. James is the WORST I have ever encountered!! I really don't know he is even employed there. All I wanted is for them to fix their mistake that's all. I did fill out and make a formal complaint with the Attorney Generals Office.
