First time receiving Botox when I came to Sandia Skin & Face. Everything someone would want in this first visit was checked off.1. Great medical assistant staff 2. Tanya Is incredibly knowledgeable & informs you step by step.3 Seamless check-in/check-out 4. They inform you of current & upcoming specials as well as Alle APP.5. I went to Sandia Skin care with a Groupon... mistake #1. I got an apt very easily and it was a nice facility, however, $300 later and 2 weeks I saw very little, if any, results. I'm not sure if it was diluted, expired or what but I know what Botox should do and this did absolutely nothing to my face. Moving on.

DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is completely unorganized and unempathetic to any concerns that you might have as a patient. I felt like their facility was set up to cattle you in and out. I would call and get transferred to several people, and was "accidently" hung up on twice. It was frustrating having to re-explain my situation over and over, and was still met with no solution. The staff is very uneducated about the process, and act as order takers. In addition, I did not see any results to the actual procedure. When I finally spoke with Dr.Tonya Tuggle, she was not accommodating or solution based. She has zero regard for her customers concerns. If you are looking for quality, it is not with Dr. Tuggle.

The star is for the front end staff. They were great, and I would have given them at least 4 stars. I had a consultation scheduled with Ms. Tuggle, and waited for 50 minutes. Evidently, she was in another procedure...I understand a few minutes over, but nearly an hour? To me, that is disrespectful and sounds like poor time management. So I left. Never saw her, never will. Not impressed.

Quick and easy appointments. Clean office. Friendly staff. Tonya is very nice and knowledgeable.

Tonya is an absolute artist. Her skill is unmatchable- she takes the time to listen to your concerns and guides you the best options for you. I have been 100% satisfied with my results and will continue to see her for years to come. Thank you!
