My trusty 1998 Saturn was making "I need a new muffler" noises. My regular mechanic said there was too much rust on the undercarriage for him to work on it, but he recommended Sandia Muffler. I scheduled an appointment, and within minutes of dropping off my car, Ken called me back with an explanation of what did and didn't need to be replaced. He gave me a time and price estimate, and he stuck to it. Friendly service, reasonable price, no up-selling. Five stars for sure.

Ken at Sandia Muffler is friendly and quick to respond. I took my vehicle in and he gave a clear timeline for assessment. He called me to confirm the issues found and gave an extremely reasonable estimate for the repair work required. I approved the required work and he promptly called me when the repairs were completed. Working with Ken and Sandia Muffler was a positive experience and I will definitely return here for all my exhaust system needs.

Probably the easiest and best experience I've had putting exhaust in a vehicle, and sadly I've done quite a few exhausts over the years.When I got there Ken looked over my truck and the problem I had going on (hole in the pipe where a hangar was). I wanted to get a more custom look and talked about the pros/cons with a single side exit vs dual exhaust out the corners or back. I ended up going with his recommendations on the muffler (flowmaster replacing the magnaflow I had) and am completely happy with the look, sound, style and craftsmanship he did. He also charged a fair price for the amount of work he did.TLDR: Highly recommend.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service and technical expertise from Ken at Sandia Muffler. I took my 2017 JK (Jeep) in with a exhaust purchased on-line and ken installed expertly. Once I drove it for a week I was not happy with the sound it was producing ( Pypes Moderate Sound) and took it back to Ken and he modified it to make it exactly what I was wanting/expecting from the advertised exhaust from manufacturer. Great service, quick turn around and excellent price for everything.

Got some work done on the exhaust for my wife's (aka Vicki S) new Mustang GT and for my Ford Raptor I cannot say enough about the quality of work for the price you pay, do not let a cheap quote worry you about cheap work getting done on your car/truck. I would put their work up against anyone else's in town- thanks Ken - keep up the quality work!

Took my vehicle in for a bent exhaust issue. I had previously had work done on this at a different shop. The 'spacer' that was put in failed.Sandia Muffler pros were able to provide a permanent solution to the issue at a very reasonable price. They got the job done quickly and professionally. I dont often write reviews but I am very impressed by their professionalism and work quality. Bobby was great to work with.

Came in and asked the guy for a semi custom exhaust for my truck. Guy said he couldn't do it and gave me excuses when it's been done before. His reply also came with some attitude. Maybe a bad day for him I don't know
