Sandia Marble

We had our kitchen remodeled as well as flooring installed in other parts of our home. Everything was excellent! Communication was very good on all aspects of the project. The work was done within the time frame provided, and the quality was exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with Bill, Joel, and Victor. I would highly recommend Sandia Marble for your next home project.

Sandia Marble should not be installing custom shower doors!!!! They use a 3rd party anyway, so do your diligence and research companies. SM came out 6 times (which I appreciated)! But the visits were just bandaids and still problems after each visit. First was the silicon mess a 3 year old could of done. Had to fix the railing so the metal matched up and wouldn't cut someone. Tried to fix the tape mess where the two panels meet. Failed. (To their defense, I don't think any company can seam two panels without bubbles?!?!) It leaked, the installers scratched the hardware and they sharpie it to cover it up!!!! SM made it right by redoing all granite affected, removing the entire shower glass and giving me my money back. Reputable for granite work.

Sandia Marble installed a new walk in shower and matching vanity tops in our master bath. The marble is gorgeous and their crews did a wonderful job. They were on time ,very friendly and professional. I would give them and A++! Highly recommend Sandia Marble!

We recently competed our second remodel project with Sandia Marble. As with the first remodel, we are delighted. The bathroom looks amazing and is exactly what we had envisioned. The crew at Sandia Marble were all polite, personable and professional from the office folks (Tammie, Valerie, Fred, Jeremy and Bill), to the installers (Alfredo, Luis and Jose). I think we are finished with remodels, but we ever have another, It will be with Sandia Marble

We purchased granite for our kitchen and bathroom countertops from Sandia Marble and it turned out beautiful!! The staff was professional, kind, timely, and knowledgeable. We had this business replace a complete shower enclosure (used Arizona door products), a new bathroom marble bathroom vanity, and two marble window sills about five to six years ago. We have had chronic sticking problems with the door to the shower. I had to remove the sweep on it to get the door to work properly. I also had to make an adjustment to keep the door from sticking. When I could do no more and with the door sticking terribly, I decided to call Sandia Marble to help out. The person whom I spoke to at the firm said they could not do anything, but they would quote a new installation! That I thought was very cavalier and not befitting a reputable business. I called Arizona door and provided them with photos of the door and frame at their request. They said a technician would have to adjust the door and they referred me to three sources that did not pan out. I finally searched the internet and found a local business that adjusted the door for better opening and closing. Their tech said I would probably have to this again. He also discovered screws holding one end of the door frame with broken screw heads and caulked over. The tech also said they used to use Arizona door but did not anymore because of the problems I encountered.Poor follow through from Sandia Marble after installation.

We loved the work that Sandia Marble staff did!!!The kitchen counter tops were designed and installed beautiful!!!We are satisfied with the staff (very professional and courteous) and the wonderful work!We will refer our friends and family to Sandia Marble.Many thanks!

We remodeled our Kitchen; Sandia Marble installed the Granite counter tops. They did an outstanding job. They arrived on time; they were no issues with installation. The counter tops look beautiful you cannot see the one seam around the sink. They were very professional and would gladly do business with them again. Highly recommend Sandia Marble.

I have counter tops yes. The seams started to split about 2 years after installation which may or may not be normal, I guess. The sink broke away from the countertop after 4 years which may or may not be normal. When I called and asked them for help or who I should call to repair this (mind you I am not foolish I assumed I would be paying for this repair) they said they could help but just didn't want to. I called a competitor company who was also very busy, and they are going to repair the sink next time they are in my neighborhood. I am truly dumfounded by the lack of customer service at Sandia Marble. I never yelled and never assumed that I was owed something, but I am really saddened by how rude they were.

Buyer beware - Ruben misrepresented himself. He told us he was Sandia Marble, He sold us what was supposed to be quartzite but installed marble. When we figured out it was marble because of all the problems we were having he started backtracking saying he wasn't Sandia Marble. We contacted the owner and Ruben does work there. Not sure what scam is going on here. 2 things for sure - Ruben does work there and they are supposed to be stone experts but couldn't tell the difference between marble and quartzite.just now
