I was searching for a jewelry repair shop to see about re-setting a stone in my ring, and saw the great reviews on Yelp and Google which all spoke of Andy's integrity, expertise, and knowledge....so I decided to stop in. Andy was able to give me an assessment of my stone, re-set the stone & fix the prong on the spot, and to my surprise, did it at no charge...this is a rare gem of place that has captured my future business, even when I move to the other side of the city. It is a pleasure to do business with Andrew. This business is honest and reputable. I trust that when I come here I will be treated with respect and given the information that I need to make an informed decision. Prices are reasonable and service is good. My only "problem" is I usually stop by on Mondays, when he's closed. But honestly, I would recommend Sandia to anyone looking for help with their jewelry, whether it is a watch battery, ring sizing, or making jewelry to personal preference.

sandia jewelry sent me a pair of azeztulite earrings. one of the stones fell out of one earring. sandia refuses to replace the earring (although she has currently four pair of the same earrings for sale) or the stone and refuses to refund my money. this is appaling and totally unprofessional. then she has the nerve to tell me she'll give me 40% off another pair of earrings? why in the world would i spend more money on her junk jewelrey! i need to, again, open a dispute and receive back either my money or an earring to replace the one that the stone fell out of. she is the only etsy seller with whom i constantly have problems! just a disgrace and stealing from me! I HAVE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED EARRING BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD ONTO ETSY????????????????????

I had a problem. My eye glass frames broken in half.Only 6 month old prescription glass lens, and a frame that's at least 5 years old, but the best I've ever had. They had a weak spot that came apart as I washed them.My optometrist sold me a new pair the next day, but I still wanted a back-up.On a whim, I called several "fix it" shops. They tend to specialize in cellphones... no glasses, sorry.Undeterred, I called the closest Jeweler, which happened to be Sandia Jewelers.The proprietor told me that he would be willing to try, with the caveat that certain metals can't be re-joined. After his thorough explanation, I left the broken glasses with him.A few days later he called to say they were ready!I was amazed. Super friendly, expert knowledge and expertise.Highly recommended!

I don't remember the gentleman's name behind the counter but he was patient and well knowledged. He explained things to me in a manner that I could understand them. Will definitely be coming back.
