Sandia Cycles

These guys Rock!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had trouble with experimenting with thorn proof tube. They were super awesome in solving the problem.... and didn't make me feel like a newbie. I'm coming here from now on.

I have been to a couple bike shops around town, but these guys are the best. I have had Sandia Cycles service a couple of my bikes. They do a quick evaluation, tell you what they plan to do to the bike and give you an honest ETA of when they can get it back to you. Quick turnaround time on tune ups, and they called me as soon as they found out I had cracked the hub on my hard-tail. So +1 on communication. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased brake pads, tubes and a few other accessories and they almost always offer to put them on for me. Brake pads only take a few minutes and they were not busy, so don' expect free work to be done, but don't be surprised if they offer either! I purchased my sons 24" bike from these guys, and it came with "lifetime adjustments." As soon as the gears started slipping I stopped by and they had it back to me the next day at no cost. Plus, when my younger son is big enough for the bike I can bring them by and get it adjusted for him. Cost a bit more than a Walmart bike, but it is assembled by a pro (not a 16-year-old) and comes with free adjustments. I hesitated to spend $400 on a 24" bike, but I would do it again in a second.

My family has been taking all of our bikes to Sandia Cycles for years. They are skilled, friendly, and fair. I've never been any less than 100% satisfied with the service, prices, and staff.

Enjoyed my experience. A nice shop. Basic and affordable. Intelligent staff and they seem to have a big following. My bike was tuned up swiftly. My bike computer was not working however after the tube up and I just replaced the battery. So I will bring it back.

They were friendly, fast and I was very happy with the prices. They inspected my bike and didn't try to sell me anything:) I will definitely make this my go-to bike shop for all our bikes.

We have 2 bikes that we have taken to this place. Yesterday was the last time. Dropped off my wife's $200 Schwinn to get New tubes and slime. The guy who helped me was nice. I came back an hour later, place was busy and the owner was walking around like he had the runs.He blurts out"are you done with that stupid bike yet?" His employee pointed to me and said the owner was standing there and pointed to me. No apology, just said he was busy.I want this a hole to know that I will take my stupid bike and my stupid money to a shop that values customers.

Quality work and friendly people. They will help with bike service on the spot if they are able to. Will definitely be back!

I bought a used Trek mountain bike and needed to get it tuned up and some things fixed, so I took it to Sandia Cycles not too long before they were closing. My bike was taken in for inspection right away, prices and parts discussed and I left it there thinking it would be 1+ weeks before I could get it back since they are super busy. They called me at closing time and said it was ready the SAME day. Wow, they even stayed late so I could pick it up. Everyone who works there was super friendly and knowledgeable. I just took the bike back in after an accident to get it checked and only a minor adjustment was needed (thankfully). There was no charge for my this visit. I will be a loyal customer from here on and highly recommend these guys. Thanks so much!

I have taken my bike here several times for repair or accessories. They are awesome. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop!

I've been shopping here since before it became Sandia Cycles. After the change to Sandia Cycles it became even better.I always get outstanding service here. Their skill is as good as it gets. I do wish they had a better selection of shoes, but that's my only criticism.
