I came in for the 420 specials and it was my first time making a purchase at Sandia Botanicals. First of all, best 420 specials EVER! I got about 12g of flower, kief, cartridges, shatter, etc for just over $100. Mind. Blown. And everything I got was of superior quality! I was a little bummed that they were just raffling off the canna cigars and not selling them. Instead, they sold the same rolling papers so I bought those and made my own! Best 420 ever! Seriously!They even had glass sellers there giving away free lanyards and bracelets and had a bomb food truck waiting in the parking lot! I also love the new loyalty program! Will definitely be back!

I've been a medical patient for about five years now and was also a manager of a medical cannabis dispensary and have never been treated like how I was just now when leaving this location. Store hours posted online say this location closes at 7pm. I made it at ten minutes til and I had the manager Kimberly at the door telling me they were closed. I informed her it says online the store closes at 7 and she said yeah but we stop helping people at 6:50. I told her I just needed a cartridge and already knew wheat I wanted. She asked if I was paying cash or card and I told her card. Once I was being helped with my order inside I asked Kimberly if all Sandia Botanicals dispensaries stopped seeing patients/customers ten minutes before the posted close time and she said yes. If a patient needs their medicine and it's still within store hours you don't treat them like they are an inconvenience to you. The entire transaction was far from empathetic and even further from professional and compassionate care that the medical cannabis industry should all be adhering to. Very very sad. This store won't remain open very long under management like Kimberly's if she keeps up this attitude. Highly disappointed. If I didn't need my medicine as bad as I do then I wouldn't have even given this store my money. Upper management take notice and take care of your patients.

I don't know what's going on with them ,but it's sad not having flower ,when we need it! The budtenders are wonderful, it's the merchandise not being there , and the flower, the buds are all small!

Bottom line: good products (flower and more!) yet the customer service continues to be VERY POOR.I've been here 5 times and every time the customer service is the same: bad. What makes the customer service bad is that the workers are NOT professional. They behave like popular high school kid rejects hanging out rather than being customer service reps or medical professionals. They sigh, roll their eyes, and make faces etc. at SIMPLE questions.Also, they treat BROWN folk different than their white customers. Just saying. Go to another dispensary that doesn't hate on the tanned tribes. Today was the last day I go here (I rather go to a dispensary with less quality buds than shop here again!).

I really like this dispensary. It's kind of out of the way, and farther away from me, but they have some really good quality strains, a lot of them you don't find any place else in town. The big pain about buying from Sandia Botanicals though, is that if you don't have cash you get hit for like a $3.25 up charge to use a card. this means that any great deal you might be getting from them is pretty much wiped out by the extra cost. I think Sandia needs work on this with their financial institution to eliminate these sneaky up charges. I've been to several dispensaries that don't have this kind of extra charges on their sales. These are the dispensaries I tend to patronize on a more regular basis, because they seem to care more about keeping their patients' costs down.

Don't ever go to Sandia Botanicals for your medicine they want to charge you whatever they want depending on the day I as a medical patient have ALWAYS paid $35 for .5g Rosin Olio disposables I have had issues with them trying to charge me $50 the last 2 x then made "adjustments and their products are subpar at best compared to Sawmill/ Dreamz anyway they have just been out I WILL NEVER PURCHASE Anything there again and plan on letting everyone in the community know about their bad business practices

This establishment is alway giving top tier customer service. I've been attending this place for the past three years and I'm always greeted and treated kindly! I couldn't be more grateful. Came for concentrates asked for whiter lighter concentrate was getting orange batter was unable to return product even though I was right there did not leave the premises and then they don't even let you see the other concentrate so I would not recommend this dispensary anybody
