I've patronized a bunch of BMW dealerships over he years and this is one of the best of the lot. The service advisors are very professional and attentive, and the waiting area is bright and comfortable.Special shoutout to service rep Patrick Gonzalez. All of them have been great, really. I have purchased my BMWs (7 or so) at a Houston dealership in the past but I will def consider Sandia for my next BMW purchase (X3 M40 probably). If I am still here in NM I will purchase from Sandia.CheersJim C

We have recent (2022) experience with the BMW Motorad Sales and Service group. Brett (sales) and David (sales manager) were terrific with my R1250GS adventure transaction. The way they run their side of the business is "high integrity" with a lot of energy focused on customer satisfaction. I appreciated the way the entire transaction was handled.Ruben, in the Mini Cooper service group, has also been terrific to work with. It all started when Nathan,A mini service technician, introduced himself to me over at the BMW motorcycle shop on my delivery day. Nathan encouraged me to give them a chance... And he promised the service group would take great care of my wife's Mini Cooper. They have and we appreciate the service help.Dave, on the BMW auto side, is also approachable and well respected. Have enjoyed interacting with him.All are professional, kind, and trustworthy.Love the way they run their business !!!

They will sell a car out from under you just to make a few more $$. Won't hold a car even with a big deposit. Be aware of this. Probably true of all Group 1 dealerships - prime examples of why everyone hates car dealers.

I have been going to Sandia BMW for 4 years to take care of all my cars needs. The warranty has run out, but Joseph, my man in service, takes such good care of my car's needs, whether it be an oil change, recall work, a new battery, or whatever. They give me a loaner car when they can, to cover me for the day(s) I will be out of my own car. They send me a video about the work that is being done, so I am in the loop. The prices are comparable to other car repair places, or dealerships. I feel that they are a top notch dealership that takes great pride in their work, and keeping their customers happy. I am a happy BMW owner.

My horrific BMW experience continues, and this is why I'm not keeping the car. I called two months in advance of my lease expiration, and they had no clue what to do. I had to call corporate and have them give me the information. Today, I called to find out how much times was needed to drop off the lease. They said 4 hours. Before letting me expain that I've done all the drop off work, the well trained and professional (sarcasm intended) sales person on the phone hung up on me within literally 50 seconds. I called back to speak to a manager, and he does the same thing. Crappy car. Crappy service. Rude dealership. I'll return it to Santa Fe since you refused to take back a lease with only 13,000 miles. I can see why the staff behaved so unprofessionally since management was so despicable to me. Top down.

Sandia BMW didn't know if a major feature was offered, so emailed BMW Genius who said it was available. Shared the reply with Sandia BMW. Ordered an $80,000 SUV. On delivery and purchase, Sandia BMW tried to find why feature didn't work ("Had to do more research."). Emailed BMW Genius again, another replied feature wasn't even available, so first Genius was incompetent. With only 80 miles driven and in less than two weeks, Sandia BMW offered to buy it back --- at a $24,000 loss. Complained in detail to BMW and the owner of the dealership. Both walked away from any ethical responsibility. BMW, Sandia BMW, and its owner are not reputable. The Better Business Bureau gives BMW an "F" for nearly 100 unanswered recent complaints.

Lawrence Chavez Represented a fine Dealership with dignity. I flew in from Phoenix . He picked me up at the Airport with my future car.i loved the BMW vehicles but settled for a used Lexus. I've taken both of my BMW's here off & on for 5 yearsThey've always been pricey, but convenientI've noticed over the last couple of years that the services has gotten worse. My previous service advisor retired and the new one has been less than helpful. The final straw was a cosmetic repair of interior trim that came off. It was 'repaired' along with other repairs and scheduled maintenance. It came off again within a month. When I called he told me that they hadn't replaced all of the clips the first time?!?!?!? I was then charged for the second repair. Neither time was it expensive, but it was a hassle and disrespectful of my time.It came off again soon after. This time, I told him that I should not be charged and he said he couldn't promise anything, but they'd diagnose for free. No thanks.

Sandia BMW has an amazing sales team! Roxy helped us with our first X5 purchase a few years ago and she made the whole experience very enjoyable. We were so impressed with Roxy, we went back to Sandia BMW when we purchased our second X5. However, I'm disappointed to find out Roxy is now a sales manager at Land Rover. I might have to trade in my X5 for a Land Rover just to work with Roxy again.
