I was thrilled to get to work with Sandi and her team when I decided to sell my condo in NE Albuquerque. From the first time I spoke with Sandi, I knew she was the right person for me. There were at least 4 or 5 other units in my complex that had been for sale for more than 1 year, but my unit sold in 2 weeks. My condo was definitely the best one anyway, but most importantly, it was PRICED RIGHT. I am also convinced that Sandi's name and stellar reputation got more people in my front door and sent me packing quicker than I ever expected. Selling a property requires a team effort between broker and homeowner and it was easy for me. Sandi's team is a finely tuned machine and they use the latest technology which makes the process quite painless. You are nuts, insane, off your rocker if you don't list with Sandi and her team!! Why??? The day we listed out home, we went live on the market at 12 pm. By 12:45 pm, we had a realtor call to see the home. At 2:30 the home was sold. 2 1/2 hours on market and we sold.... Did I fail to mention we got OVER THE ASKING PRICE!! Don't walk, run to phone and call her!My 3 brothers all asked who we had listed the home with.... I said Sandi.... And all of my 3 brothers said... It's already sold. She brings her platinum service to all. Sandi and her team sold our last home too! And we were treated the very same. Wonderful communication, excellent customer service! My brother's and I have asked her to list our parents home too. That is how much we trust Sandi and her team. If you want the very best, then contact Sandi. It doesn't matter what size or price of home, she and her team will give you the white glove treatment.

What a horrible experience. Sandi was the listing agent on a home we purchased and we thought due to her excellent reputation we would have had had a more professional response to a serious issue. Obviously money rules everything and not customer service.So.... we closed and found two days after that the heating system that had been inspected by a company chosen by her team and her seller had issues (see pictures!!) Inspection company wouldn't deal with us as Sandi and her sellers ordered. It was a boiler system for radiant heat and we were told boiler had been started and system was running. As you can see by picture that never could have been the case. System wouldn't start and entire sheet metal had to be replaced. The independent heating and cooling company we hired said it never would have started with the condition we found system in. We Asked Sandi for her help and she declined on any level (we will post her actual response later). Keep in mind that she made a $15,000.00 commission alone on her end. Absolutely could have cared less about rectifying the situation or even attempting help us do so. Do yourself a favor and find a Realtor who really does care and not doesn't just provide lip service.

Sandi and her team are the best in all of Albuquerque (in all the Southwest for that matter) at their profession. When we met Sandi to decide to sell our home she had already done all the diligence in determining what it would take to list and sell our loving home. She knew all the answers to every question before we would even ask. And she was very quick to help us understand issues that would potentially cause us a problem with any buyer. Her staff is very professional and every bit the reflection of Sandi's diligent attitude at providing only the very best in customer care and service. Tara Parker was who we worked with. From the very first meeting with Tara and Sandi you could see why The Sandi Pressley Team is the very best in New Mexico. You're presented with tons of information in a very professional and comfortable way. No other broker company even came close to the personal feel of Sandi's group during our interview process. Tara was so thorough and patient with my wife and me. We had so many questions since this was our first time buying a home. I needed to sell my property quickly, but also wanted to make sure the person I choose as my realtor was a professional with experience, skill, and integrity.
