Sanchez Tacos - Santa Fe

Once again, I'll add different states have different types of regional food and the tacos. Here are absolutely unique and very good.I went with several different tacos and they were all really good. Totally different from what we get in Houston Texas region but they were good nonetheless. The hot sauces were absolutely full of flavor, made to order, and absolutely spicy. They were extremely hot actually. We only could use a little bit of the spice because it was so hot. But very good for sure.My girlfriend went with a hot dog, and she absolutely like that as well. It was totally different but very good.Very happy. We stopped off at the taco stand. Very unique food at a decent price. The customer service was OK. Not the greatest but not the worst. They were busy so I guess that's probably why.

These were the best tacos I've ever had. I'm here from out of town and I wish I could convince her to drive her truck to my hometown. Two perfect carne asada tacos, with the spiciest pickled onions I've ever had, cilantro, green salsa, and lime. Absolute perfection and only $6. I'll have to go again on my way to the airport tomorrow.

Everything you'd expect from a street taco truck. All the flavor and great portions. On this occasion I ordered the beef and pork tacos. Both were prepared fresh and were flavor-packed. The give you enough meat and double tortilla, so you could make two tacos out of one. I ordered four tacos and easily could have been 6-7 tacos after dividing the tortillas. Customer service was good. Can't go wrong with this kind of taco truck. I will check them out again the next time in Santa Fe.

I loved it ! HOT Roja sauce and awesome Verde (still hot!) to cover our Carne Asada Burrito and Torta Cubano! Added some Mexican Sour Cream and Viola ~ Taco truck perfection The price is a little higher here, but it's a clean truck and the food as well worth it ! Location ~ but of course ~ Airport Road

F%*K YES!! This place is BOMB. Shout out to la mama & hijo who took our order & cooked our meal at 10pm at night in the pouring rain!Ordered a carne asada quesadilla, sampled tacos (asada y al pastor), & a torta. Let me tell you, all of it was SO GOOD. Best torta of my life & I've tasted Tortas all over the coast & inland of Mexico.If you live nearby, you're so lucky. If you're driving through & need a bite, you won't regret stopping here.

Lots of meat and toppings on the street sized tacos. No skimping here. Great flavor. Very impressive for a food truck. Highly recommend.

This is a food truck, so I got them to go. The meat was very flavorful but not as moist as I've had before. I got the red salsa, which was very hot, and I do like hot. I will definitely be going back.
